Right from pre-arrival check to check out, GRT and their staff were extremely courteous. The service was impeccable. Rooms were big and neat and offered a great view. Snacks and juices were complimentary. Breakfast buffet had a good spread and Lunch and dinner buffets were decent as well. There were a number of activities to keep the kids and adults equally engaged. I will definitely recommend GRT Yercaud in spite of it being on the expensive side.

Excellent location and very beautiful place. The staff are amazing. They work towards feedback instantly in case of any issues. We stayed for 3 nights and on the day 1 We did find some issues with the dinner and spoke to Senthil and chef shiva. They sorted out the issues and rest of the days we truly enjoyed our meal. All the staff are very courteous and make the stay memorable.

Large Rooms with large open balcony with good views. Great Service with Empathy. Wheelchair friendly- though you cannot access adventure sports area. Good vegetarian food to your taste ( I am a vegetarian and hence not commenting on Non-Veg). The staff go beyond the roll call for customer delight. Great room service. Nice and sufficient activities in the hotel itself suitable for different age groups. They take care to know when you arrive and whether something special needs to be ready or taken care when you arrive. The service culture is what I am experiencing across GRT hotels different Brands. In short one of the top best hotels in Yercaud.

The resort and the views are amazing and to top it off, the staff are extremely helpful. They will try and accommodate anything to make the stay comfortable. Kudos to the staff. They have all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The indoor games and a few outdoor games are available 24hrs. The spa experience was really good. Overall an extremely pleasant and relaxing stay.

Visit made more memorable because of Great Trails and its wonderful staff. Great place to stay, spacious & very comfortable rooms, great food spread (& tasty of course!!!) and great staff who go out of their way to ensure the guest is comfortable at every turn. Thanks a lot!!

I was staying for 3 days in GRT and the exp is awesome. Staff supportive and kindness is amazing. Breakfast buff super.bonfire was enjoyable by kids.Hotel is too costly but good for family and kids

Excellent stay. Been to GRT hotels for the first time, and must say this the best you could get in Yercaud. They had a lot a activities to keep us engaged and the valley view rooms give the best scenic view. Food was great and the service and hospitality was awesome. Thanks to Mr. Venkat.
