IHotels Yercaud

We booked two rooms at iHotels in Yercard, one for us and one for my friend's family. We asked for rooms next to each other when we booked, and the head office confirmed they could do that. We checked-in on Friday, and my friend checked-in on Saturday. When we got there, we asked again for the rooms to be next to each other, and they said it wouldn't be a problem because they had lots of rooms. But on Saturday, when it got busy, they gave our requested room to someone else. The staff was rude to us when my friend checked in and didn't give us the room that we had requested in one month advance. Despite these issues, the food quality was satisfactory, and the hotel's central location provided easy access to most viewpoints. Additionally, during the booking process, the head office person said that there was a mountain view from the room, but this was not guaranteed for all rooms. And the communication between the front office and the head office staff was poor. If we ask anything at the front office, their response is to call and speak with the head office staff. Bcos of that office person i am giving only 4 stars

Lovely place , affordable price with great value for money, location is centrally and access to all sight seeing location. Highly recommended for family stays. Staff are very friendly, got great deal through direct booking compare to other online site

Nice experience to stay at. Mr .karthikeyan took care all the needs . Staffs are friendly and kind enough. Night dinner (ordered separately) was delicious. Overall recommend this property for stay.

Hotel was very neat and clean. All the services and facilities were good. View outside balcony was very pleasant. Best stay in Yercaud budget friendly. Nearby to main road. one can stay definitely while visiting Yercaud. Best experience.

Very good experience.. must choose the place and located in the rural. 1.5km to town. Good access to all the places. Room are very clean. Staffs are more friendly to receive guest and budget friendly. I will recommend this place to my friend and families.must try.

We booked 8 rooms for a family of 23 people, Room are more spacious after placing 2 extra cot . Very quite surrounding and room has balcony with mountain views. Food arrangement are perfectly arrange in the restaurant Ontime Staff are responsive and strong recommend this place for family stay in yercauf
