Coffee Tree Boutique Hostel
"I was very well received by this amazing hostel! They give lots of tips on tours, book coffee visits… they are wonderful! In addition, Carlos, who also works at the hostel, always organizes activities to integrate the guests!! Really, really great! I recommend it!"
El Rancho de Salento
"We had a fantastic stay! The place is located in a very peaceful area in the area just outside Salento. It is very easy to reach town taking the bus just outside the accommodation (every 10 minutes, 0.50$) or with a jeep that they can call for you (5$). Camilo was a great host and speaks English very well, he really did anything he could to make our stay special! Thank you!"
Hotel Salento Real Eje Cafetero
"Great location and friendly staff"
Viajero Salento Hostel
"The view of the mountain side from this hostel is stunning. All the rooms open to an inclined courtyard mirroring the opposite hill and leading down to the firepit and bar. This hostel is clean, has organized activities, and has friendly staff. I would certainly suggest any traveler staying here!"
Hotel Green House
Hotel El Mirador del Cocora
"Absolutely fantastic view from hotel terrace, staff is polite and helpful.Rooms good and fresh. Will strongly recommend this hotel for couples and families and even for solo travelers"
El Portón de Salento
Hotel la Floresta Salento
"It was a decent place for the location. Breakfast could improve. Massage is expensive for the market and not good although they make it look good from the outside."
Exclusivo Cocora Con Jacuzzi Salento Quindio
"A beautiful location, the cottage is nestled in a beautifully kept and welcoming garden. The service is excellent; Beatriz is always available and ready to help, and the room is equipped with everything you need. The jacuzzi works perfectly; it's a unique experience. Very close to Salento and the Cocora Valley, which are easily accessible by Uber or similar services. Highly recommended!"

Hotel Mirador de Boquia Salento
"This hotel is lovely on the outside, however, the professional photos make the rooms look very large, when in reality the rooms are very really small and uncomfortable. The one bedroom unit for two people is extremely small. The bed is against the wall, with a tiny bathroom and not even a night table to put your phone next to you. The rooms are very noisy and unfortunately above the door they have decorative openings that won't ever close, so the room is exposed always of insects and mosquitoes. We were bitten by mosquitos, (or insect), and there was a live roach behind the mirror. During breakfast most of the guests where complaining about having mosquito or insect bites in their legs and arms. Don't be deceive by the exterior pictures. These are lovely but in reality you need a place to rest, comfortable, and free of insects."
Lumbre Forest Lodge
"We loved our stay. Much quieter and peaceful than staying in Salento. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The bungalow was world-class with beautiful views of the mountain and sky through a glass ceiling. A beautiful walk to a waterfall capped off a great stay."
Cocli Hotel Boutique Salento
"Excelent service! Comfortable room that included massage service. The view and the breakfast were awesome. It was near intresting places in town. I totally recommend this beautiful and amazing place. I will be back during my next time in salento."
Terasu Hotel Boutique Salento
"A great location being a short 5 min walking distance from the centre of Salento. Enjoyed the breakfast menu along with the friendly service (however would recommend that the avocado is cut into a smaller slice so more guests can enjoy it). The laundry service was good along with the activities that were on offer. The sauna was not working at the time which wasn’t the end of the world but would have been great if it did."
Finca Cardonales
"Hotel staff were attentive and our visit was pleasant. Despite not putting the ‘please clean my room’ sign on our door, the staff cleaned the room and made the beds during our 3 night stay. I would recommend this venue for future travellers visiting Salento."
Finca Campestre la Adelita B&B
"We had a wonderful time. Everyone was so kind and great to talk to. Sonia set us up with a trip to the hot springs, Cafe Ocaso, and the botanical gardens. All were great experiences. She also got us set with transportation as we did not rent a car. Our accommodation was perfect for the three of us. Breakfast was good and made when we were ready, so we never felt rushed. We recommend Finca Campestre La Adelita to everyone."
Hotel Kawa Mountain Retreat
Hotel la Caracola Salento
"We loved staying at Hotel La Caracola! It honestly exceeded our expectations and helped create a homey/lovely experience. Christian & Paula are amazing and helped us feel at home. Christian helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport. Both drivers were so friendly! Christian also helped us arrange the tours we were interested in, we basically just had to show up or wake up on time if they were picking us up directly from the hotel. Christian also had great food or coffee recommendations. Paula made us homemade breakfast every morning. Fresh eggs, she asks how you prefer them cooked and fresh fruit (plus other foods)! We also met other friends during breakfast time because of this. The location is great, about a 5 - 10 minute walk from main square. We loved that this hotel seemed to be on a quieter street. Our bed was made every day along with fresh towels. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Salento! Salento was one of our favorite visits in Colombia."
Villa Mila
Sazagua Reserva Natural Cocora
"Sazagua is traditional finca design with boutique hotel sophistication — one of the most authentic hacienda-style stays in the coffee region — don’t get me wrong, it’s super elevated, but it’s rooted in how people here have actually lived. You step outside and there are horses ready to take you into the Cocora Valley (I got bucked off mine; but I'd do it again in a heartbeat). The goats on the property provide the milk. The food is fresh, local, and exceptional. The rooms have their own private “Ofuro” - a Japanese bath heated by firewood - traditional to the Andean mountains. It is the perfect encapsulation of what this place is: luxurious and authentic at the same time, neither one compromising the other. For anyone searching romantic hotels in Colombia or a genuinely immersive coffee farm hotel experience, Sazagua belongs at the top of the list."
Posada del Angel Hotel
"An excellent place with amazing people and great service. It was a pleasure to spend our vacation here. The staff is kind and professional, taking care of every detail. The homely feeling and atmosphere are very fun and pleasant here. Thanks alot"
Ecohotel Pinohermoso Reserva Natural
La Cabaña Ecohotel - Valle del Cocora
"We love this place. Owners make us feel like family. Clean, relaxing and with lots of things to do and see. You must do the horse back riding with them. It is between Salento and Cocora, for a nice location. Breakfast included with lots of options and delicious food."
Panorama Salento by Dot Boutique
"The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable."
