Super cosy hostel with a beautiful garden that is home to lots of animals. The hostel is super central and at the same time offers a perfect retreat. The staff are super friendly and give super helpful tips right from the start.

There was no atmosphere there, and the dorm room had two walls of windows with curtains that didn't cover all the windows but a light right outside. The pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable. The cleaning lady was super lovely and friendly but when I asked the reception for a lighter to use the kitchen they were really difficult about it, saying I should have brought my own.

El lugar es bonito pero no me gusto que no había toallas ni jabón en la habitación, sin embargo la atención fue adecuada. De noche hay bastante ruido de los locales vecinos porque el pueblo es muy rumbero eso para los que quieren descansar es negativo.

Nos alojamos dos noches en estrella de agua, y nos dio pena no podernos quedar más tiempo. Elegimos el hostal por el precioso y verde patio, pero nos sorprendió la amabilidad del personal del que nos hicimos amigas! Super recomendable, esperamos volver!!!

Lo malo no es el servicio es la atención postventa, no tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme pues no me sentí cómoda, me llamaron al siguiente día, que porque no había vuelto, les di mis motivos (los mismos motivos que le comenté a la agencia que pagó el hospedaje) y su respuesta fue “Olvídate eso no es así” no se que es peor, que me llamen a aclarar que no devuelven plata de un hospedaje que no use (dinero que no he pedido) o que prácticamente me traten de mentirosa y me digan que solo busque peros a la habitación, hay muchas formas de tener atención al cliente, ESTÁ DEFINITIVAMENTE NO ES UNA DE ESAS
