You may not even need a rental car if you time it right, you can get around town or to the airport easily!Parking can be tricky in this area, street parking is by permit only but the south driveway is reserved for VRBO guests. It is a tight fit, but two regular sized cars can fit. Only one oversized vehicle will fit into the driveway space. A guest street parking permit can be requested at the time of booking but needs to be left at the home upon check out or there will be an additional fee ($100) to replace the guest pass. This home is zoned a duplex, there is a basement apartment with permanent renters, they have a separate entrance. The laundry is a shared space and the basment renters do not have access to the upstairs VRBO. We ask that there is quiet time from 10pm to 8am. Being so close to the University of Utah, and in a college area, there may be some late night celebrating nearby in the neighborhood. This is noticeable especially after the Utes win a football game! :) Keyless check-in and check-out makes for easy, safe access. Early check in or late checkout may be requested for an additional fee.
