Little America Hotel Salt Lake City

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 14-day trip in the US. It had a very American style, grand and vintage, with a huge fitness area and a garden-like swimming pool. Plus, it wasn't expensive. We stayed in a garden room. Although it wasn't facing the interior, it faced the street, but the windows were large and overlooked lush greenery. Every now and then, a tram would clang by. We both sleep with earplugs, so it didn't bother us much.

The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable. Check-in was quick and convenient. It was also very fast to get to the airport from here. Overall, it was excellent and exceeded my expectations, even though it was a bit far from Chinese restaurants.

I was given a room in the annex building, which was incredibly convoluted to get to. Even with a staff member guiding me, it took a long time to find. The annex also has no elevator. To make matters worse, around 8 AM the next morning, housekeeping knocked. I was half-asleep and didn't respond immediately, but they actually *opened the door and walked in*!!! The hotel itself is quite grand, and I even had dinner there that night. However, despite that... I really can't recommend it.

It's inconvenient to find a convenience store when you want a midnight snack.

The hotel is quite large, with underground and surface parking available for $18/day.
