Everything was super clean. Liked the stay. Near to the hbf. Easy checkin and checkout. Grocery store just down the hotel

Excellent hotel! It’s not quite city centre as we discovered on arrival but a no 2 bus takes you there from the main station in about 20 mins. To get to the city centre from the hotel-take a no 10 from just 1 min down the road and you’ll be in city centre in approx 10 mins. The hotel gives you free public transport tickets which they email to you after check in-a great addition for paying tourist tax. Very warm welcome on arrival and staff were very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and well equipped with a good working shower, hair dryer and air con. There’s a handy ‘shopping mall’ downstairs with a Billa (supermarket) which was handy. Also an Aldi across the road. Good hotel and would definitely recommend.

Really nice staying here , I would stay again for sure ! Nice people and staff ! I knew the hostel before as I stayed in Milan last year with friends in December time ! The rooms are big with everything you need ! They rent you a locker as well if you need and you just need to pay a deposit !

Stated in a spacious 9 person dorm which included a small table and chairs. Nothing fancy but does the trick. Added breakfast which was pretty average in terms of selection with the only hot food option being boiled eggs. I will and that we were able to play pool without paying which was a great way to meet people at the hostel.

No privacy curtains, far outside of the city with not much to do in walking distance, you have to pay for luggage storage which was a first for me, they want €15 to check in early (also never heard of this in the 30 hostels I’ve stayed in). Check-in isn’t until 3pm I think they purposely do this to get money for storing luggage. The laundry facilities smell like mold and made all of my clothes smell bad which was upsetting because I specifically picked this place for the laundry facilities. The room is clean and towels are included which is nice. The highlight of staying here was getting a free coffee but when I asked for a coffee the next morning the manager seemed upset and asked who gave it to me the first time. The only way I was able to get another coffee would be to leave a glowing review online which doesn’t seem very honest of them to ask this. Did not have time to address my concerns at the desk because of a train I had to catch. I guess you get what you pay for.
