DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Antonio Downtown Reviews

It’s an old hotel with some tons of renewed. Is a good hotel. Stuff very friendly. The thing is my check in supposed to be at 4pm nas I get there 5pm and had to wait almost an hour to provide a room for me. It was PACK.

Friendly staff at the front desk, the location is very close to the city center, and the room is above average

This hotel was really nice and really clean however if you drive 3 mins down the road you’re in the hood.

This is our second time at this location and many times at double tree. We had a lot of trouble with parking, shuttle service times were not informed at the front desk. And my light fixture in the restroom was so bright that it felt like it was possibly the wrong bulb. At the point where it was the heat affecting when I would be in the restroom area.

Heavey smell of cleaning chemicals in the room and after 2 days, smell of cigg Smoke was then evident...

Extremely clean and quiet environment. Simply loved that, the customer service was great 👍

Food quality is poor. Food presentation to the dinner table and correctness of order is very poor.

It was relaxing quiet clean the check in was smooth super friendly I will be back in future trips

The staff was rude, and the prices were expensive for what the hotel was offering.

The water in the shower was extremely hot. I burned myself and met the staff know. Nothing was done and I am very disappointed.

Hotel was nice and clean small but nice bar. Price was very reasonable for the ammeneties and clean. Service was great. Somewhat of older hotel but clean.

This was a nice place to stay, beds were comfy, just convenient to everything.

My server Vanessa was the best! You can tell she truly cares and I will miss our conversations!

This was a good place close to everything for the downtown business traveler without being caught up in all the tourism on the Riverwalk.
