Good location to many attractions. However the bell service is really bad. The answer to the request of borrowing umbrella during rainy day is ”No. It's your own responsibility”. Have never mer thus kind of rude service in a hotel.

My best friend and her fiancé were visiting me from Thailand—it was their first time in the U.S. and in San Francisco, and also a special pre-honeymoon trip for them. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt warmly welcomed. The doorman greeted us with a big smile, which set the tone for a great stay. A special shoutout to Ryan M. at the front desk—he was absolutely wonderful! So professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. He made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, and his warm personality made a great impression on all of us. My friends were especially impressed with the stunning view of San Francisco from their room—it was the perfect welcome to the city. Thank you, Ryan, and the rest of the team, for making their first visit to the U.S. truly memorable!
