Barebones hotel that is centrally located. It was relatively clean, albeit a bit worn — paint chipped, sink peeled away from the wall. Towels, shampoo and conditioner were provided, but no soap. Given the location and price, it is a great place to stay.

I spent 5 nights and there was no housekeeping during my stay. Location is good and safe, rooms are smaller than expected (one queen room is for 1 person only). Staff is nice.

Very nice hotel just a little noisy but no choice for the good location!

The room smells like human wastes, the room had no air conditioner, the window was facing a wall resulting in no fresh air, it was horrible. There's a club or whatever downstairs and the music was super loud it made the floor vibrate, at 1AM. We found no quilts on the bed, and there was no way to connect the front desk, no telephone in the room, no one was at the desk.

This is a very well located hotel in San Francisco, but the rooms are very average, old and shabby. All I can say is that it cannot be evaluated according to Asian hotel standards. The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of San Francisco, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The boss here is Indian and has some difficulty speaking.

It's fine that there's no air conditioning, but the room window can't be opened. One car can't park, so I went to a designated parking lot far away for $35. Then I had to walk to save my stuff. Public toilets and public areas are outrageous. If I can give 0 stars, I will give 0 stars. The lowest 1 star is too high.

The hotel facilities are poor. The mattress only has springs that squeak constantly and I can't sleep. There are no facilities. The room is dirty. The Indians have a poor management attitude and almost no service. There is no place to park the car and no one cares. You can only find a paid parking lot by yourself. There are no Chinese people staying here. It's all foreigners traveling on a budget. The worst accommodation experience. It is recommended not to cooperate with this hotel, otherwise it will affect Ctrip's reputation.
