This is the most unpleasant accommodation experience I've ever had. My check-in time was scheduled for 15:30, but the landlord kept me waiting for at least half hour outside and the stay with no reception. Additionally, the room wasn't cleaned before our arrival. The bunk bed room didn't even have an inside bathroom; we had to use the one in the hallway and lock it with a key, which may caused some noise. On the second day, the landlord accused us of being noisy and disturbing others without even knocking on the door, although we were simply using the air conditioner and taking a shower. It's worth mentioning that she displayed racist behavior. When we checked out, the landlord went as far as making offensive and discriminatory comments, and even refused to allow us to use the elevator.

Mrs Maria is very welcoming and helpful, she waited for us despite the delay and recommended places and places of interest. The room is very clean and comfortable for both adults and children. It is a little far from the center but still reachable quickly. We would have given a higher rating if our room had had an internal bathroom... Going out to wash and pee at night (with a small child) in the middle of the common corridor is not very pleasant...

Clean, welcoming place, close to many tourist attractions, the lady was very helpful....she waited for us until late because we were late with the ship. Pisa was very beautiful, we would definitely return.... Thanks for everything

We stayed in this B&B with my family for a week and we had a good time, Mrs. Maria was very welcoming... we were not asked for any deposit, the lady told us that she withholds them for smokers who smoke in the room .

The apartment was very clean, Mrs. Maria is very kind, friendly and nice. Good price, distance from the city center, walkable on a nice cycle path, in conclusion, we will return!!

Impeccable cleanliness, the lady was very kind. The property is less than 2 km from Pizza dei Miracoli and therefore in an excellent position. I don't give 5 stars because if you are a B&B you can't not provide breakfast or have an agreement with some bar. Excellent choice for our stay in Pisa!!!
