Nice Hotel very clean, Free parking, free BF, but water sprayer shower at bath room low pressure, but everything ist ok

Was told I needed to pay a 50 fee to be able to enter my room and I was there for 6 days

First, let me tell you something I absolutely cannot accept: no ventilation, no ventilation, no ventilation! The window cannot be opened, there is no ventilation, and there is only a single air conditioner. You can imagine how bad the smell is in the room. I open the door every day and turn the air conditioner to the maximum, which can make it a little better. Let's talk about other things: The room is spacious. There are ants, but it's a California feature. The service is very average. On the first day, I asked the restaurant staff to help me microwave the milk for breakfast. They were very reluctant and told me directly on the second day that it was not possible. After not tipping the room for two days, they never came to clean it again. It also made me worry less, after all, I am not used to leaving two dollars for changing the sheets. I gave her the towels myself and asked them to get new ones, and I could save some money. There was an 8-hour power outage one day. The transportation is quite convenient, and there is nothing around.

The hotel's facilities and environment are still good. It will only open in 2021 and is very new. When I booked before, it said that there was a kitchen, but it didn't. Other than that, the other experiences were pretty good.

The deposit was deducted directly and not returned.

I always stay here. This is a peaceful place at night. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Carlo at the front desk is very professional. The breakfast is always good, especially the biscuit and gravy. The cinnamon rolls are always a hit with my family. This is our go to location when we visit San Jose.

The check-in clerk was so kind and helpful. The facility was real clean and I would highly recommend this place.

It was an amazing experience! We arrived early and had trouble with our car rental. I called hotel and requested a shuttle. They came and picked us up really quick. I was afraid we were not going to be able to check in, but the manager said we could!!! Excellent service, friendly staff, specially the shuttle bus driver. I can’t remember his name but he’s from Nayarit. I was disappointed that I didn’t have cash to give the driver a tip. I’m looking forward to coming back to San Jose and book this hotel again. I will make sure to bring cash to double tip the shuttle driver.

The location was perfect for our stay. Wish they would have Tesla charging stations on-site. The room was comfortable. Our second night was a bit disruptive. Kids were running down the hallway and above our room the kids were running and jumping for about 2 hours. We called front desk to notify them about the upstairs noise.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Wish they had a bigger selection in the snack store.

Only one lady on the front desk (Patti)! She handled everything as fast as she could considering the customers english comprehension was very poor. You rock Patti!!!!
