While the hotel is not located in the city centre, it is within a few minutes' walk to a metro station. There were stains on the blanket covers.

Front desk were lovely, very helpful, very nice to have a porter take your bags to the room and had no expectation of a tip. Very refreshing to experience that (we did tip him anyway) Room and bathroom were very clean. Our room was very hot when we arrived and the Air Conditioning was not turned on, we asked at the front desk about it but we were told that they couldn’t turn it on. It seems that due to the time of year (March 21) it’s not normally hot enough to require it and it’s controlled in a way that they did have access to. They were very apologetic, suggested opening the window which we had done but since the sun was directly shining into the room it didn’t help, neither did closing the curtains. Overall though I couldn’t fault them the bar staff were also great, very obliging both on the evening of our arrival and the next morning for coffee’s etc. I would highly recommend this hotel, we were a group of 8 and everyone seemed pleased with their stay, no complaints.

Walkable distance to sub-urban train station and metro station. Beware that backdoor was closed at the time of my arrival at midnight. Breakfast on site charged EUR9 pp.

the hotel is superb location 5 walk to bus stop to airport 2 lines bus 744 783 in just 25 mins and metro as well

Hotel was near most things, near a train station. Very well located, and worth the value.

I had a good experience in this hotel , is close to the city Center and has a good transfer around.

Close from the metro station so it is easy to get around. Clean, tidy & reasonably quiet. The outdoor pool is really nice to have, but it was too shallow (1.2m) and there were no bathrobes even when we asked at the counter. All in all, good experience.

I often stay at this hotel and I quite like it. The only problem is that the bathtubs are very slippery and dangerous unlike anywhere else.

Nice hotel near Campo Paqueno, somewhat dated, but clean. Good service, although not overly friendly.
