I booked 3 rooms , all are fine but one of the rooms has no air conditioning which was the only thing not good for me. I’ve told the receptionist to get it fixed but still no air conditioning

All I can say is that this hotel is beautiful, everything about this hotel is A***** Love it

Hotel was clean and provided a good breakfast, unfortunately no provision to make tea or coffee in the room.

Bad experience! No bottled water supply everyday, no kettle, no coffee or tea bags, no toothbrush, poor front desk service that asked for the laundry shop location, replied with finding google! One of the days forgot to clean the cup. Take 20 minutes bus to the centre. The refrigerator is not cold at all.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Lisbon! The service was excellent—staff were friendly and always ready to help. The amenities were top-notch and very clean, making our stay super comfortable. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting with friends!

The front desk is kind and good at English, the room is big and clean, things are well equipped, everything is good.

Friendly staff exceptional cleanliness , would have been nice if room have kettle for evening tea . Breakfast was great
