Very old discoloured towels and unpleasant odour in the sheets and the bedding plus old mattress without a mattress cover sheets are worn out from washing for a long number of years that we got allergic reaction on the first night we do not want to think of the cause of it!! The entrance is grand and the restaurant is fine, breakfast is average !

In my opinion, it is lacking to be a 4* hotel, especially with regard to the attention of all the staff. The facilities are good and the view from the room seemed very nice to me. The pool, although it is not for therapeutic purposes, is very shallow, it is obviously designed to entertain children. I did not think it was appropriate that they did not want to turn on the hydromassage in the pool because, as they said, the water was cooled, but it was not heated. At checkout they wanted to charge me for consumption of the minibar that I did not make and when I bought regional products that the hotel sold, they told me totally different prices the two times I asked, which makes me think that the consumption that I supposedly made was charged in some way. On two occasions I had to request the cleaning service of the room because, when returning from the excursions, it was not done, although we have always left the room within the cleaning time range proposed by the hotel. That cleaning was minimal: they only made the bed and changed the towels. For all this and some other things I consider that it is not 4* and that the price is much higher than the quality received.

The hotel is really impeccable and after 8 hours of driving, arriving at a hotel with a heated pool is priceless. The breakfast is very good and in general everything is fine. The only bad thing is that on weekends, at night there is a nightclub across the street. Impossible to sleep. On the other hand, they did not have the payment registered and if I do not insist, they charge me twice. I had to look for the proof of the payment made previously because they did not have it registered in the system. This sloppiness is a shame. The location is very good.

We stayed in the panoramic rooms, and the hotel services and attention were very good. The pool was very comfortable. The breakfast was very complete and the restaurant menu for dinner was also very good. We went to the hotel to stay for one night and honestly we had a very bad time. Initially the room they gave us had a completely dirty carpet floor. The room had stains on the wall, completely unkempt and unmaintained. The bathroom baseboards were yellow from scale and dirt, with the bathtub dirty. The toilet lid had a stain that could have easily been removed with a minimal cleaning before receiving us. When we went to bed and lifted the sheet we found a brown/red stain on one side of the bed. When we continued lifting the sheet we found human hair. We asked the guy at the reception to change the sheets and, after waiting 15 minutes, he told us that they only had one spare set in the entire hotel! The worst thing was that when they brought us this spare we noticed that it was also stained... they changed our room to find stained sheets again. Unpresentable. It is very noticeable that the hotel owner(s) are no longer interested in this business. I will not return nor recommend it.

Es buen hotel. Cerca de algunas lugares donde comer. En general muy amables todos. Llegamos el domingo 08-12 tipo 20:3. Pedimos dejar el auto en el estacionamiento del lado y la niña que no sé su nombre dijo que no. Que lo dejemos en otro que está a 50 m app. De todos en recepción era la menos amable. Lo era pero no como el resto. El desayuno es limitado pero aceptable, las piezas siempre limpias. La carta con buenos precios. Muy lentos si en la cocina. Pero recomendable.
