The hotel ask for RM100 deposit; in case there’s damages done by the guest.
However, the room itself was already in ‘sorry’ conditions. The towels were old and stained. The wall was mouldy. The washroom’s knob was malfunction. There’s no hot water available in room 403.
Since we’ve arrived late and we’ve checked out early - we won’t bother to change room.
Hopefully the owner take this message positively and improve the facilities. No point taking deposit, but the room was in a sad condition.

This time I was placed at a room with broken shower & hair dryer.
Shower fixed next morning wbile hair dryer fixed after 2 days.

Time booking already remark want to function TV. While husband on meeting, wife duduk kt bilik sepanjang masa. 4 hari 3 malam tv x function. We need entertainment in the room. Sebelum ni remark ok je. I've many times stay so far ok je. For this time, tak dapat. Kecewa jg laa. Thanks
