I was here with my family for 10 days and I have to honestly say: this is how a hotel should be. The atmosphere was simply beautiful and so was the view. I have to be honest, I have rarely seen a hotel where the staff and employees went about their work with such friendliness. No matter how stressful a situation was, everyone was always friendly and tried to create an unforgettable time. The hotel is absolutely child-friendly and has really great offers, such as a round of table tennis in the afternoon and a magic show in the evening. Just like the really exciting disco evenings or music guessing games. The way to the sea is not far at all and easy to reach for everyone, whether disabled or not, because the hotel has various barrier-free entrances. So if you asked me about a cheap and just good and family-friendly hotel, I would always say: Anba Romaní !!!!

We were put in here from us originally booking their other hotel Blue Sea Cala Millor, for no explained reason which made us a bit apprehensive as we had done our research for the other hotel, but we had been upgraded to this one so we were optimistic. Reception area was lovely, welcoming and very clean. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and check in was quick. The only negative she didn't really make it clear to us where the bar was or where our meals were going to be served with a bit of a mix up we had to ask her to explain again. We got to our room, which was kept cool, clean and had everything we needed. The mini fridge was an added surprise for our drinks! The decor was fresh, but just had a few bits that could do with a bit of TLC. The air con was excellent. Balcony area was ideal for us, and the slight sea view (between the buildings) was a lovely bonus. The pool areas were always clean, tidy and not too overcrowded which we liked. There was no early morning sun bed saving and we always had a bed to lounge on even late morning. We upgraded to all inclusive when we arrived, the meal times were ideal and the choice of food and drinks were good, but the foo was just sometimes a bit repetative and a lot of fish dishes! Yes there's a lot of negativity regarding the food, yes it's not amazing but we thought it was fine and there was always something for us to eat. Between meal times the snack room always had food to keep us going through the day. The entertainment guy was lovely and worked hard to get people involved, we enjoyed his magic show. Out the back the sea/beach view from the pool was beautiful, and easy access to the prom. Out the front of the hotel was right on the ***** of shops, restaurants and bars, but not too noisy too late. This was a relaxing break away for me and my partner and it lived up to that. The price we paid for the holiday was perfect- we had a clean and safe hotel, food and drinks included, ideal location to the shops and restaurants and a 2 min walk to the gorgeous beach. This was our first visit to Cala Millor and we will definitely be returning!

Lovely staff, great location, good food and drinks. We had a 3 night stay here and were very pleased with most aspects of the hotel. The rooms are good, the food and drinks are great and the location is first class. The only negative is that the room smelled of tobacco smoke- not so bad as to be sickly, but definitely noticeable. For some reason the smell was worse after we'd returned after the cleaners had been in, but maybe we just imagined that (although we both commented). We would 100% love to visit this hotel again and would recommend it highly. We had a 3 night all inclusive holiday with flights and transfers and 1 x 20kg case for only £605.

Ok so myself my friend paid for her and me to go for a few days to this hotel for my 50th birthday and whilst i really appreciate her efforts the hotel fell short However here are the good bits:- Joan - in the restaurant - so flamboyant and absolutely a star in customer service - he is very much the shining star at the hotel and permanently enjoyable to be around! cannot speak highly enough of him The beds - seriously for an old and cranky woman these beds were heaven to sleep in!! The rooms - very basic like every Bluesea i have been too but were kept spotless and here are the bad bits:- Food - i have been to a large number of all inclusives and could not help but be disappointed but the poor selection of food available Reception staff - barely spoke english (majority of guests were German) but also quite dismissive in my opinion when you needed to ask a question Decor - very tired and could really do with a major spruce Entertainment - or lack thereof - we only saw one piece of entertainment and it was a magician whose act was reminiscent of 70s butlins! Also on the one day of good weather we had and managed to sit by the pool we were tortured with music along the lines of Elvis, Sam Cook, Glen Miller etc - not exactly what you would normally expect for round the pool. Unfortunately the weather was against us and there was virtually nothing to do at the hotel This hotel is OK if you are on a very tight budget as it is very cheap but for a few quid extra i would recommend the Bluesea Cala Millor next door as the facilities, food and entertainment are far better in my experience

We enjoyed some days all inclusive appreciating the worry free days and the service. Really enjoyed the team, always friendly and helpful. The team in the restaurant always working hard and being friendly, Eva at reception went beyond expectations to allow us to get a last minute reservation in and Didier as the warm hearted animator with program during the day and music, dance or magic in the evening. Felt very welcome and connected with them. Thanks a lot! The vegetarian options were a bit limited at the buffet and food in general just ok. But for the price over all satisfying.

I read the reviews for here was a little scared, however I shouldn’t have been, the place is stunning, the location is amazing, I’m an extremely fussy eater and the food is gorgous, no issues, yes the local bars play music till late maybe 11pm that’s not the hotels fault, the hotel is clean and well looked after, you fall out the hotel and land on the beach, it’s glorious, miles better than I was expecting. 2 pools, plenty of seating, aircon is a little dated but did the job.

Perfect location, on the golden beach with the bluest sea. Lovely large clean modern rooms. Friendly staff. We went B&B and breakfast was very nice, with freshly cooked eggs in front of you, bacon, hash browns, pastries, fruit, etc, all delicious. Reception staff very helpful with our early morn airport transfer. The resort is ideal for a nice chilled holiday for couples or either male or female friends who want fun, but NOT Magaluf-style fun,.. or family who want a nice happy time. We didn't think it was a party resort. The most lovely long pedestrianised ***** for great shopping and loads of cafes and restaurants. Such a chilled vibe in Cala Millor. We had rain for one day..we just hired bikes, and mooched around the fab shops and grabbed a coffee. Shops all sell fake goods or real macoy..your preference! The hotel has a front and back pool area. The front pool terrace overlooking the beach looks like the best one. But we preferred the beach and you can hire two sun loungers and gorgeous parasol with a lockable Box (see photo) attached to the sturdy parasol, for 14 euros a day. Well worth it to soak up that blue ocean. Beach is chilled vibe and sunbeds available all day long. About hour and 20 mins airport transfer. Really impressed with hotel and resort. Definitely not a British lager lout resort. Its majority German but English is spoken fluently too and on the menus. Everyone you bump into seems so chilled. If you are looking for a more party vibe, then maybe not the resort for you, maybe a bit too chilled. But definitely bars that do stay open later if you're looking for a longer evening. Enjoy!

The room was very small and dirthy; the air conditioner went wrong. We changed the room, but it wasnt a good idea, because the air conditioner was the same wrong. The hotel was dirthy, the foods were low-grade. It isnt a 4* ... maximum 2* !!!!! The staffs were disrespectful!

My 2nd stay at this lovely, safe little hotel and I had a wonderful time once again. I have booked to return again at the end of April. Perfect location right by the beach, lots of nice shops at the back of the hotel. Just perfect for a solo traveller or couples wanting a quiet holiday I would say.
