The hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽

Room facilities are simple and like this style. There are great pools and bars in the public area. The hotel is located in the center of Barbara and is very convenient to walk to the main street. You need to drive to the beach and charge $30 a day for parking.

For 3 girls trip we needed 3 beds to relax and enjoy our trip.
This hotel was the only place had a room with 2 beds and sofa bed.
Location is perfect !!
Right in the middle of downtown Santa barbara.
We will definitely come back!
I gave 2 stars for amenity because sofabed was broken which we could still use but it was not really comfortable.
(We travel a lot so we know how sofabed is like.)
And conditioner in the bathroom was empty.

The front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay.
At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious
The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water.
The room is classic old money style

The room is small, the health is OK, in the town, just stayed on the 18th, the other did not say, the payment information provided by Ctrip has serious problems, I booked the room 3 or 4 months in advance, Ctrip App shows the user The famous currency is paid for, and it shows that I have prepaid, but I have to pay a second payment when I check in, and just brush the US dollar credit card, which brings two big problems: 1. I can't stay in normal mood. 2. I have already made a large amount of economic losses for the US dollar. This has also caused the price that was initially confirmed by Ctrip to be inconsistent with the price I actually paid. Why didn’t Ctrip have any hints at the beginning? I am waiting for a satisfactory result.

The breakfast was very rich, the service was very good, very stylish, the room had more than sixty square feet, there was a dining table, living room, fireplace, jacuzzi, kingsize bed, the boss was very good, there was free parking, we arrived It was late, almost eight o'clock, she prepared tea and red wine for us. The hotel is basically a big garden. It can be seen that the boss has spent many years sorting out the arrangement. Get up during the day, walk in the garden, sunbathe on the sun loungers on the lawn, read the book, very comfortable. Take the No. 1 road and stay here for one or two nights before going to LA.

喵喵萌姐The front desk service is good, the attitude is very good, when the check-in prompts the opening hours of the pool and laundry room, daily breakfast, fruit, snacks, free milk cookies at night, the front desk will remind you of the time. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces and special features. The only downside is that the floor has some sound and the sound is not very good. You can hear it next door. Refrigerator cooling effect is good, air conditioning is also, that is, the sound is a little bigger. There is a dressing table outside the bathroom, a lighted makeup mirror and a separate wardrobe. The bathroom and shower room are large. Outside the door are gas stations and supermarkets. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk from the beach.

EEmilyWe didn't plan to stay in Santa Barbara overnight but decided last minute to find a hotel that will accept our dog. This Motel 6 was such a great find! The location is perfect (only a short walk to the beach) with tons of walkable areas and restaurants. The room was clean and provided everything we needed. There is also a local store close by that had many local beers if you're into cold beers on your beach walks.

So I chose Ctrip after comparison. But When I left this hotel, the hotel paid a city tax and two other items such as miscellaneous charges on the bill. I think there is a suspicion that Ctrip does not add these two items in order to show low prices. .Other booking sites have clearly written that Santa Barbara has a city tax, but Ctrip, hey. I just want to use this word to describe it. The experience is very bad. 2- I booked a double bed and arrived at the hotel. Hotel Gave me a family room. This made me very annoyed, so I went back to the front desk to ask what was going on. After the front desk inquiry, the front desk said that someone had assigned me a room type in advance. But the order was indeed a 2 bed room. Anyway The front desk waited for 20 minutes to be allocated a twin room.

She also shared valuable insights on the school she attended, which happened to be the school my daughter expressed an interest in attending. Her service was exceptional and made our stay truly memorable.

DDeanThe parking at $40 a night plus tax is too high, but other than that it was a lovely stay. Pool and hot tub were great and a nice relaxing atmosphere by the fires they light at night.
