Enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, which is the most important part for my stay! We asked for extra blankets and towels which were brought up quickly. Breakfast was simple which is fine, I'm not much for eating early. Location was good, busy area coming in and out of the hotel.

It's a 10-minute walk to Santa Monica Beach. But there's a lot of homelessness on the road. I can't get around late at night.
The hotel staff is very good. The man wearing glasses is a little cynical when checking in.
The room I reserved was the smallest and the lighting was very dark. Keep that in mind.

The hotel is in a good location and in a good location, just 4.5 minutes to Santa Monica Beach. Because the language is not very good, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic. The room is large and the bed is large.

The location is very good, going out is the beach. Service attitude is generally friendly. You can ask the room for slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush and hot water. The room is very new, there is a shower room and the bed is not bad. Recommended room breakfast, very good, the uncle of the meal is very humorous. Feeling partial business, not too diligent service, but as long as you ask, will respond quickly.

Perfect location in Downtown Santa Monica very close to many attractions, shopping & dining options. The famous Santa Monica Pier is an easy walk across from the hotel, along with plenty of beach/ocean access. The entire property is renovated & the rooms are very nice, comfy beds and the chaise sofa next to the window is perfect for watching the sunset or activity in the busy area.
My only complaints are that the heated outdoor pool wasn't finished (although a full amenity charge was applied, which it is part of), microwaves weren’t available, live TV doesn't show programs on the guide (just channel abbreviation), cellphone coverage is weak in the room unless you are next to the window.

Needless to say, the design is amazing and I can’t find any faults. The materials and quality of items in the lobby and rooms are all online. Unfortunately, there are too many people in the public areas. At 11am, there are not even empty seats in the coffee area. Locals come here to socialize, and taking photos would be too awkward to pick up your phone.

The room is relatively large, with twin beds, each bed is 1.5 meters. The room decoration, lamps and bedding are more elegant. Go out to the right, turn left at the intersection for about 50 meters and you will arrive at Santa Monica Beach. The hotel is in a relatively central location with many restaurants. Hotel parking is more expensive, it costs 55 knives. But there is a public parking lot on the street behind, 15 dollars for 24 hours, 20 dollars on Saturday and Sunday. The second picture is the entrance of the parking lot.
Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; daily yoga classes; beach cruiser bike rental; special access to Peloton treadmills; beach activity concierge and beach towels; in-lobby premium coffee/tea and non-alcoholic refreshment; two food and two beverage tasters at poolside.

Outstanding
GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained and clean. The toiletries are Diptyque, and the toilet paper is tied with a small ribbon~
The service is very good. When I arrived at the airport, I found that I forgot my passport at the hotel. They helped me find it very efficiently and I didn't miss the flight. They also specifically said that I didn't need to tip, which is what they should do.
Disadvantages: The balcony is so small that I can't stretch my legs when sitting on the chair.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is relatively old, but the location is good. The rooms are not big, old, and have a Mediterranean style. Many people bring their dogs. The corridors smell and dogs bark often. The service is good.
PPThe breakfast was delicious every day, the location was great, and I felt like I was at home. I don't think you can find anything else with this quality at this price.
AAleksandrThe rooms are for an amateur, made to look old with old furniture and doors, there is no water in the room, but there are books and you have to pay for the library every day, and also wi-fi is paid and some additional fees for fitness, which is not needed, in general, when we checked out, we were unpleasantly surprised that they charged us $ 300 for 3 nights for all these additional services hidden at the beginning. The hotel is not worth these expenses, I do not recommend it
GGuest UserThe hotel is just opposite the pier. The location and service are very good, especially the rooms with terraces are recommended. The parking fee is discounted, and the surrounding elephant restaurants are especially recommended. It is rare to open from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. The restaurant's view and products are first-class
BBoriykhonThe location of the hotel is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier and 2 minutes to the beach. There's also a Starbucks only 5 minutes away. The shared balcony offers a stunning view of the beach and the promenade, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
The building itself is two stories, and while the rooms were clean, they were quite small. The beds were also small, despite the description stating that the room could accommodate up to four people and that the bed was double-sized. Unfortunately, the bed was too small, and one of us had to sleep on the floor.
The price was very high, but I assume that’s because of the prime location. Despite these drawbacks, it’s worth staying here for the convenience and cleanliness. The receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 12:30 PM, even though check-in officially started at 3:00 PM, which we really appreciated.
Ddeanwinchester99Not bad, and fairly clean. Check-in is done in a small room on the right hand side of the main entrance. Usually no one is there. Knock on the small window.
GGuest UserWill not book again! ! ! Pure robbery!
The room rate of 3,300 per night is really not worth it! ! The lobby is bright and bright, and when you enter the floor, it feels like a school dormitory. The door to the room is also cheap and simple. All food and drinks in the room are paid for, which is extremely expensive. A bottle of water costs 8 US dollars, and a bag of potato chips costs 6 US dollars for two small ones. The Skittles are $8...it's really worth robbing!
I advise everyone to choose to go to many nearby places that are more cost-effective than this one!
TTIANRUNWhen setting the navigation, you should set it according to the address. By name, the first guide is wrong. It leads to the Santa Monica City Hall. The actual two places are far away. Living here is the next day, half an hour by plane from the airport. It is not far from the beach and the Getty Center. The hotel is really expensive, the room is small, the facilities are average, there are mosquitoes, breakfast and other such breakfasts of Inn, Motel are almost the same, ok. The place to eat breakfast is small. The hotels in Santa Monica are very expensive. This parking is free of charge and is suitable for self-driving.
BBrendadamowangVery close to the beach, 10 minutes walk
Tips: The hotel may be gradually renovating, we stayed in the room with the brown door, it was very old, even the floor sloped badly. When I checked out, I passed the room with the blue door and saw that it was very new inside. (In fact, the price is the same, depending on your luck when you check in).
In addition, the sound insulation of the hotel is poor and it is on the street, so it is recommended that you prepare earplugs so as not to affect your sleep.
