I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a great location in Santiago chili. And make sure to check out the chicken love place next-door. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. It is a wonderful wonderful place to stay. We will stay again. When I left some items that were dear to me at the hotel, I went back and I found it and it was fantastic so I can’t say enough great things about this place

We heard that the security in the city square of Santiago, Chile is not that good, so we booked the Hilton hotel in this area. The price-performance ratio is very high. Hotel has an excellent location and can walk to the city's best restaurants, view of the cordillas is amazing, the only negative point is the morning coffee, few places and little variety.

Breakfast is average, Ctrip's evaluation is not consistent; the room is really big enough for four people, and there is a living room. Although the facility is a bit old, it is well protected, but the shower head of the bathtub is not movable, which is not very good. The attitude of the front desk staff was really good and it did not discriminate against the Chinese at all.

The service is very good, the room is spacious, the breakfast choice is more, the welcome drink is available, and you can go to the terrace restaurant on the 9th floor. The companion said that the service is much better than the nearby Ritz Carlton service. I also borrowed a kettle from the front desk to boil hot water. The restaurant on the first floor is also very good and the price is reasonable. There is also a Japanese restaurant in the hotel. There are a shopping mall at three or four intersections.
