Hotel Eco Boutique Bidasoa

The interior decor of this hotel is absolutely stunning. All the public spaces and the bedroom have quirky little touches wherever you look. Great bar with delicious Pisco sours. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with everything from cheeses, eggs, avo, pastries and fruit. The bedroom was huge, beautifully decorated with lovely views over the mountains. Located in a safe neighborhood of Santiago with lots of lovely restaurants close by.

I never write reviews but feel compelled to write a review for this hotel. SIMPLY SUPERB- in EVERY SINGLE CATEGORY! Every Hotel should take lessons from this HOTEL! IT'S OUTSTANDING. First the STAFF are unbelievable. There are too many to mention but each person made our stay special. Mauro started it off upon our arrival Saturday by asking if we desired a coffee while waiting for our room (we arrived at 11:30 a.m.). Every single staff member is tripping over themselves to help you in any way to make your stay the BEST! The FOOD is spectacular. The best food I had in Chile was here! The DECOR is STUNNING. Whomever did the decorating knows what they are doing! GORGEOUS! The Room was super comfortable and the bathroom lush. The POOL is so welcome on a hot day. We used it everyday even if to sit with a nice cocktail at the end of the day. The Architecture of this hotel uses all of the spaces just beautifully. We had some glitches with our flight and ended up staying longer and could not have been happier to call this hotel our home away from home. THANK YOU BIDASOA! It shows that this hotel is run by a FAMILY that puts their entire HEART & SOUL in to running their dream. We LOVED IT! THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU WHO WENT THE EXTRA MILE including a late checkout after we had all of our flight cancellations 2 nights in a row. MUCHAS MUCHAS GRACIAS!! BEST HOTEL IN SANTIAGO. Would come back just for the HOTEL!

A gem of a property. Rare to find a place that checks every box and Hotel Bidasoa did just that for the 4 nights we spent here. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. The public areas are artistic and inviting. The staff very friendly and helpful. The pool has been cleverly inserted into a small area. Breakfasts were beyond amazing. There's a lively bar and we enjoyed a unique dinner in the outdoor area on one night. Uber rides made life very simple although there are restaurants and a mall in the area that one could easily walk to. The neighborhood is a mix of lovely residences and commercial.

Very nice hotel in a great neighborhood. Walkable to shopping and great restaurants. Just a short walk to the hop on hop off bus and the front desk can provide you a discount token. The staff was so kind and very helpful. The hotel decor is beautiful and breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable 5 night stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a late flight out and they allowed for late checkout, which we truly appreciated. Room was very comfortable and clean. I also liked the decor!

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Eco Boutique Bidasoa for two nights in between our time in Torres del Paine and Colchagua. We wouldn't change anything about the hotel. Pros: -Excellent neighborhood -Good security (not sure it's necessary, given the neighborhood, but it was appreciated) -One of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had -Walkable to a multitude of coffee and food options -Great staff recommendations for activities and restaurants -Nice decor -Tremendous value for the price Cons: -None come to mind If/when we are back in Santiago, we'll stay here again.

We stayed at the Hotel Bidasoa on our way to Patagonia. What a lovely surprise, very "White Lotus" chic with a lovely breakfast and dinner patio, lounge chairs by a small pool, attentive service, nice room. Highly recommend.

A unique experience, high-level cuisine and an atmosphere that takes you to a Wes Anderson movie. I totally recommend it, the best place to disconnect and feel like you are moving to a magical place. The best summer nights are in Bidasoa!

Hotel Bidasoa (full name is Hotel Eco Boutique Bidasoa) was recommended to us by our friends who live in Santiago just a few blocks away from the hotel. It's located in a very safe and lovely area of Santiago. We stayed for a week at the beginning of our trip and again for two nights before our return flight home to Canada. We absolutely enjoyed both our stays at the hotel. The staff in particular were very helpful, kind and engaged. They did everything possible to make sure our stay was a most enjoyable experience. They even supported us through a difficult experience upon our arrival at the airport. The hotel is third-generation family owned and operated who oversee daily operations. There is a culture of guest service and friendliness. We also appreciated how good the staff were to each other and how they supported each other as a team in all aspects of running the hotel. There is not only obvious harmony and teamwork, but a real warmth and friendliness among the staff that is quite contagious and welcoming! The property has pleasant lounging areas both inside and outside with gardens, a pool and patios. The rooms are up to date, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The restaurant and bar are excellent and are a destination for Santiago citizens who come for food and refreshment and fill the tables every day at lunch and dinner. Breakfast (which is included with your room) is served as a buffet which caters to every taste and diet. To put it plainly - it's incredible! Hotel Bidasoa is a rare find at very reasonable rates. We will definitely stay there again should we return to Santiago. Be sure to explore the pictures available on the TripAdvisor ad and you will get a taste of what I am writing about!
