My husband and I enjoyed an excellent 4 night stay in Santorini at Panorama Suites April 24-28th. The hotel location in Fira is right on pedestrian street and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. Full cook to order breakfast was very good with cappuccinos. They provided assistance with luggage to your room and the best part was the amazing caldera views from our room balcony! Rooms are very clean and modern with spa shower that's amazing. For those needing mobility information, the hotel Suites are down on the caldera, and they have two elevators down to the suites and then flight of stairs. It's a bit of walking to your suite but worth the amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay at Panorama Suites!

Location is good and staff is helpful. However, the facilities and furnitures are a bit old. Btw, the view is good especially of the moment upon wake up for breakfast.

I had a great stay here.
The rooms were clean, of course, and the views from the rooms were amazing!
The hotel receptionists and service staff were friendly and it was a very pleasant stay.
The breakfast was also of a high standard, and we had a system where we wrote down our requests the day before what we wanted.
The pool is small, but we had no problems relaxing there.

Advantages: The location of the hotel is excellent, some of the suites have excellent views, the balcony can watch the sunset, and there are many restaurants to choose from within walking distance.
Cons: The two cold water glasses in the room didn't seem to have been washed, and one of them had lip marks from previous guests.
Overall, it is a very cost-effective choice.
