"Location was perfect if you don't mind not having ”THE BEST” view. It's a quick walk to the main streets of Fira, though uphill (a good workout to be honest), and less than a 10 min drive to and from the Santorini airport. Facilities were great, we were very comfortable. We had a balcony which was nice so we could enjoy the ocean breeze. Also, since it wasn't in the heart of the Fira streets, it was quiet so we could rest well. Recommend this place! This isn't like a resort though, it's more of a lovely place to stay if you'll be out most of the days in your stay."

"The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable."

Lots of restaurants and shops but sadly i got here on low season so all the shops were closed including McD (just few stairs up), they mentioned that they provide 1litre drinking water daily but I didn’t get mine tho, right out of corner there’s restaurants and mini market."

"I booked a 1 bedroom 1 living room, 65 square meters. In fact, I confirmed with the hotel management that their living room is the entire public area, and the massage pool is also in the public area. In short, it is a bit inconsistent. The small house on the right side of my photo is a one-bedroom, which is probably 20 square meters. The other two photos were taken in the public area lobby. The last sign is on the roadside, the location is not bad, at the entrance of Oia town"

"This is a hotel that just opened. The facilities are very new. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner and air purifier are very powerful. The bathroom is relatively large. The water is clean and has no odor. The hot water comes very quickly! ^ ^ You can contact the hotel in advance to arrange airport pick-up! Although the breakfast is classic white rice, it is relatively delicious. In addition to the buffet, you can also ask the staff to order ^_^ I like the hotel's cappuccino very much☕️It's delicious! The location is also very good. It's about 15 minutes walk from the Internet celebrity refrigerator store and 8 minutes walk from Fira Station. "The hotel room is spacious. The location is a bit hard to find at first as the route from Google map is not reliable. The day I checked in is a bit busy, so it was not easy to find a staff to handle my inquires. The hot bath of the room next door is not working and the staff just told them to use mine directly. The room is quite dark, I even needed to use the torch from my phone when I showered."

XXiaoyaoxiaotutuThis hotel is the one I carefully selected for the best view of the cliff houses opposite. It is only slightly inferior to the Oia Castle of 5,800, and has a better view than other hotels below 5,000. The advantage is that you can get off the car and there is no need to walk. Although it is close to the roadside, it is very quiet in the city with stairs down. I stayed for three nights and had different room types. Except for the cave house, which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel but has a hotel car to take it there for free, the house there is bigger than the hotel here, and there is also an outdoor bathtub. The view is another feeling, but there is a blue-roofed church with flowers in front of the door, and people taking photos are constantly noisy. The other room types are all here in the hotel, and it is very beautiful to take pictures. Let me show you the pictures. The first 4 pictures are the scenery at the door of the cave room. The rest are the scenery seen in the hotel.

The staff also replies to email really quickly and self check-in is available. Only con is the few flight of stairs and the narrow elevator. Overall would recommend staying in here.

LLuaneThey were very nice and make you feel like home all the time, always smiling :) The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine. The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place

Most of the shops in Santorini were closed during the off-season, but there was a supermarket nearby and I could cook. アアクアサンI stayed for one night, but the location is great, right in front of the bus terminal. The facilities and services are perfect for a hostel, including a kitchen, refrigerator, iron, common room, terrace, bath towels, hair dryer, carbonated coffee as a welcome drink, large lockers with locks, and paper towels. The toilets and shower rooms are separate. Separate for men and women. It was very comfortable and I wanted to stay for a few nights. The owner was also very friendly, and even though I arrived early, she happily let me check in. There is a supermarket about a 1-minute walk away. It's Oia, so it can't be helped, but the only drawback was that the price was a little high. I have light luggage so it's not a problem, but I have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the entrance.

GGuest UserLia was amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. If you ever want to hire a reliable employee with great customer service skills, look no further, Lia is your answer. My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it! The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.
