This is our 3rd stay at Astro Palace Hotel, Fira, Santorini. It has become like a home away from home for us since we first stayed there in 2022, then in 2023, and now in 2025. The property is incredibly well maintained. Their staff wonderfully and professionally trained, and they provide one of the best customer services we've ever experienced in all our global journeys. Our special thanks to Hope and Catherine, respectively, for their wonderful care. We also send our thanks to the barman (his name escapes me) and the restaurant staff, too. We appreciate all your wonderful hospitality. See you all again next year, by God's Grace!🙏🏿🙌🏿

The service at this hotel is excellent, and the rooms are impeccably cleaned daily. Its location is also very convenient, close to several attractions in the center of the island.

Very clean and spacious room with a lovely balcony.  The staff was amazing.  From the front desk to the bartender to the breakfast room.  Funny story.  We needed to arrange a ride to the port and I asked the front desk if she needed our name and she said « oh no, we know who you are. » it was a lovely stay.  Very quiet and calm.  Only way it would have been better would be if located immediately in town.  It was a 5-10 minute walk to town.

Good location overall, but a bit of a walk to get to the main area of Fira, and the road if you're walking is not that easy with kids. The showers were a bit dirty around the edges, and it was dirty underneath the patio tables when we moved them, a lot of dirt underneath. Otherwise, pool was excellent, rooms were very big and comfortable, food was good and the staff were excellent, especially the ladies at the front desk. Very helpful in pointing us in the right directions on where to go and what to see in Santorini. The bartenders were also very helpful and friendly, the gentlemen at breakfast were exceptionally good. The views from this hotel, especially from the pool area, are good.

Had pleasure of staying at Astro for 4 days. The team at residence were fantastic from moment we arrived until our stay ended. Provide excellent advice on places to visit and eat. Walking distance to Fira but also in peaceful location. Clean and airy hotel. Breakfast offering could be better, omelettes a bit too greasy, and very light on healthier options, could do with more fruit.
