Katikies Villas is a truly outstanding and luxurious place to stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff always went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. The views from our suite were incredible and the private hot tub was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel. Each morning started with a tray of baked Greek baked goods and pastries whilst you chose what you wanted from the extensive a la carte menu. The staff all understand what excellent service looks like and then they consistently exceed that. Whenever they saw us around the property they checked how we were and checked if there’s anything we needed. One evening the terrace and hot tub got very dirty after a windy storm. Yet the next morning everything had been completely cleaned down and refreshed before we had even woken up. This level of service creates an environment where you can just focus on enjoying your holiday and relaxing. The only down side was having to leave!

On the edge of the cliff in Oia, the most beautiful place in Santorini. Breakfast is also very rich. The scenery is incomparable. From the warm welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew this we were going to have a very special stay at this property. The hotel is located in the dead center of Oia -- making it an easy 10 - 15 min walk to get to anything in the area and easily accessible to the taxi stand, bus stop, restaurants, shops, and more. The views are second to none -- literally everywhere you look is another postcard perfect photo opportunity. The suites are not only beautiful and spotless, but well maintained, charming, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and are the perfect place to enjoy a beverage, dip in the pool or hot tub, or your daily breakfast. I wanted to especially thank the housekeeping staff for their outstanding job keeping our room so clean (twice daily service) and Georgia and Kim for taking such good care of us. No stay is perfect, and even when we had a few very minor glitches, they both responded with care and lightning speed to go above and beyond to surprise and delight us. I can't wait to return to this fairytale property. Do yourself a favor and look no further -- you've found the perfect place to call home on your visit to Santorini!

I was at Delifni Villas for 4 nights in November 2021. Such a picturesque perfect place. The caldera views are beautiful all day long from sunrise viewing to sunset viewing. The jacuzzi facing the caldera is amazing. Breakfast on the balcony is blissful. The person who takes care of the place, Cima takes care of your every need.. from sightseeing suggestions to booking cabs & rental cars. She has been in her role for 30 years so knows how to take good care of her guests! There are only 3 rooms so you get her undivided attention. Don't think twice and book this place! Great location, it's on the main road in centre of Oia. You won't miss it even you checked in at midnight. Restaurants, souvenirs stores, supermarkets, ATMs all near by within mins of walk. Breath taking Caldera sea view although no sunset view. Hot tub is really hot around 35~38C, not just warm as other hotels. However you must be very very careful when get in and out of the outdoor hot tub on the upper deck as there is no stairs, you have to climb into the tub and step on the bench when you get out. My husband fell down because of the slippery bench and non stable cushion on top of the bench especially no handle or rail to hold on the wall. He could only hold the small table when fell down and the wine glass fell down and broke as well. It could be a tragedy but luckly he didn't hurt. The staffs reacted fast and clean up immediately. They cared about our safety regardless we brought them extra work. The service is excellent! Great staffs at the bar, house keeping and reception! Breakfast time is at your own choice. You'll need to order a 3 selections breakfast and 1 drink when checkin. Breakfast is on the patio right in front of our room with seaview by the pool. It's a once in a life time experience, feel like celebrities having vacation in a 10 stars hotel by the Aegean Sea. Pool water is too cold to swim in April. The shower area is a bit old and paint peeling, bed is too soft and we couldn't sleep well. Welcome drinks, bottle of wine in the room, 1 bottle of beer, soda,2 bottles of water and cokes in the mini bar are all included. Overall it is a wonderful stay and we look forward to stay again.

Nevertheless take the 2-storey loft room. It is modern and clean. Living on the bed, you have a super view of the sea towards the island of Ios. Absolutely relaxing. The jacuzzi is a plus (but it has only one person space). There are a few minutes: the safe is really very small - there is a maximum cash bag or pass space. The division is used to - the shower is in the bottom of the bed, the bathroom in 1.Stock. This is just open with the toilet - that is what you call ”hear” and ”smelting” everything. People who are greater than 185cm could hit the roof more often. But: the view is top, The location at the beginning of Oia is top and the service over Whatsapp is top. Clear recommendation!
