YYunitingfengThe service is in place, and there is a dedicated person to take the luggage. The service of this hotel is very thoughtful. As soon as we arrived at the door, there was a dedicated person to open the door for us and help with the luggage, which made people feel at home. The staff was friendly and quick, and the whole check-in process was very smooth. Whether it is reception or luggage service, it reflects a high level of professionalism. People feel respected and cared for, and live very safely and comfortably.

Ccici9090I first stayed at this hotel almost 11 years ago, and it was my top choice again for my second visit to Oia. Its location is fantastic, right at the entrance to Oia town, which means you can head out for a stroll daily and effectively avoid the crowds. Despite 11 years passing, nothing about the hotel feels outdated. The lobby is quite small, like a tiny library, and the public areas, guest rooms, and pool are still beautiful. The breakfast restaurant offers a great view, though it's a bit cramped. The food tastes pretty good, the room cleaning is excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly!

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice. The waiters are handsome and enthusiastic. It was already after 12 o'clock when I checked in. They helped me carry my luggage to the room, taught me how to open and close the windows, and showed all kinds of care... I was very touched by being in a foreign country. You can order breakfast freely, and it’s actually free. Like it! It is very convenient to travel near the hotel. It is a few minutes walk to the bus stop to Fira and the entrance of the green Carrefour, but the citywalk in Santorini does not work! The bus costs 1.6 euros and is very convenient!

AAnonymous UserIt’s a great hotel to stay at Oia, and the view to the sunset was gorgeous from this place. Highly recommend for honeymoon. 5-star. Pros: - The deluxe villa was amazing! The interior design looked great. - The room was clean and spacious. - Apivita amenities were provided. - The air conditioning was strong and comfortable. - The loudspeaker worked very well. - The hot tub jacuzzi worked well but it’s still not hot enough if you want to use it after the sunset. - The breakfast was good. - The common pool was great with a nice view. - We enjoyed the signature cocktails at the bar. - The staff were very helpful, and were willing to solve issues whenever it’s needed. - The WhatsApp communication was effective. Improvement: - There are so many stairs to get to the room. - The shower may not have hot water at night. - The WiFi was not stable. - The common pool closed at 6pm due to the restaurant. - The menu of the restaurant shall be reviewed. The taste was at the lower bar of average, and the options were few. - Since we were in honeymoon, the hotel offered some celebration options. The proposal of these offers were good, but can be more considerate regarding personalisation, allergy and preference. - Do not having parking, and not easy to find, make sure you have your map set before heading to the hotel (no signal in the area).

His service was meticulous and attentive; he helped us book a rental car, recommended boat tours, and suggested sightseeing routes. He also pre-ordered breakfast based on our preferences and even helped us load our luggage into the car when we left, as there was a rocky path that was difficult to navigate. Extremely professional! On the island, you have to drink bottled water, and the hotel provided a bottle daily, which was a great touch for guests. Environment: It's very close to the Mediterranean Sea, so you can lie back and gaze at the blue sky. Right outside, you can access the Fira cliffside walkway, perfect for seeing the blue-domed churches. Facilities: Quite new, and comes with toiletries and disposable slippers. Cleanliness: Generally good, cleaned daily, very spotless.

HhayleyStayed in the La Luna suite, balcony view was spectacular! 1st row view of the sunset in your own private space, as well as enjoyment of breakfast in the morning sun(Do order their pie of the day!). Service provided was excellent as well, they do assist with carrying the luggage to and from the room through the flight of stairs, and also from the main street where you alight from transport arranged via the hotel. Although the suite was situated beside a bar, the room was entirely soundproof which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, will highly recommend staying in asteras villa.

DDenne GohTook the senior suite. Room was oddly shaped with the toilet a few steps down. But it was quite cool. Toilet seems to encourage couple showering with 2 shower heads and plenty of space in the shower. Room wasn’t too far from the top of the walking street so that made going in and out easy. The outdoor jacuzzi faces the setting sun and the view was just memorizing. We had our breakfast on the balcony and it was just great. Staffs once again were helpful and courteous.

SSantorini sun beachWhat an amazing experience at the Terra Blanca Suite Hotel! We spent an absolutely incredible week, lulled by the delights of the swimming pool and the sea. The warm welcome and unfailing availability of our hosts added an exceptional touch to our stay. And let's talk about this breathtaking view from the swimming pool, a real call to relax on the comfortable sun loungers and under the parasols. In addition, just 100 meters away, a Carrefour for our supply needs! The highlight of the morning was the breakfast, delivered at our convenience, with a host of delicious choices. However, a small downside because you need one, the absence of coffee in the formulas was a very slight downside. We noted some details such as the absence of capsules and body milk, but really, it's to nitpick. The suites were spotlessly clean, pleasantly decorated and of undeniable quality. This stay was perfect, and now all we really want is to either come back for another getaway or never leave this enchanting place!

AAnonymous UserThe owner is a very nice and exceptionally warm Greek. We were invited to take some chocolates off the table to go when we arrived and when we left. The construction of the hotel is particularly lovely and the room we stayed in was at the highest point of this hotel, with a small balcony and a great view. This hotel also has a kitten that was particularly cute and clingy and I looked forward to seeing it every night when I returned to the hotel. We had a great couple of days here!
