Just returned from a wonderful stay. This is a family run business and as such you get that personal touch that makes you feel like a valued and welcomed special guest. The hotel is set in the most peaceful and stunning location perfect for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed sitting and sipping a cocktail looking out at the Aegean Sea and watching the sun go down. Magical! 15 mins into town, easy to jump into a taxi and enjoy the restaurants, bars and shops that Thira has to offer! We loved our short stay and hope to return one day! Must just mention the girl at the pool bar (sorry we didn’t get your name) who works tirelessly day and night and always with a smile on her face! Nothing was ever too much trouble! Thank you Athermi suites for the wonderful memories!

We had an amazing stay at Athermi. The design / construction of the buildings are unique, all staff made us feel extremely welcome and well taken care of, the food is next level and overall this is the best place to relax, see the sites and take in the view + sunset after sunset. The location was great if you want to be slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main towns, with an easy car ride into town at any time of day. We look forward to returning again soon, thank you to the entire Athermi team.

We really loved our stay at Athermi Suites. The view from the pool was stunning and it was lovely to be away from the touristy towns in a quieter area of the island. Megalochori had a lovely taverna an easy walk away, and the food at Athermi was exceptional, both the wonderful breakfasts and also the dinners. The octopus was the best! The staff were lovely with a special mention to gorgeous Eri who made every meal delightful. We can highly recommend staying here for a beautiful and relaxing holiday.

My group had 3 rooms. Each was unique, very clean, with a great view. Prior to arriving the guide we had scheduled for a food tour cancelled. Spyros was so helpful and found us another one quickly! The food is so fresh and delicious - try the spicy feta!

This is a fantastic accommodation. The views are incredible! The onsite restaurant offers a wide array of foods and every dish we had was delicious. The best Tzatziki we have had in Greece (it’s grandmas secret recipe). The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They were even able to help us book a last minute tour when the one we had reserved canceled last minute. We would definitely stay again!

The location of this hidden gem, Megalhori, is simply unparalleled on the island. Even during peak season, it exudes a serene and peaceful ambiance, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. And the real treat? The breathtaking caldera sunset, visible right from your room, the pool, or even your dinner table. It's a truly mesmerizing sight that leaves you in awe. But let's talk about THE VIEW! It's an experience beyond compare, and if words don't do justice, the photos certainly will. The vistas from the hotel are simply breathtaking, leaving you speechless and undoubtedly making your stay truly unforgettable. In conclusion, I can't recommend this place enough. The delightful staff, the hidden gem of a location, and, most importantly, the awe-inspiring views all come together to create an enchanting experience. This place is amazing. It’s deceptive from outside, but once you check on paradise opens. Implacable service and views are out of this world. 10out of 10.

Absolutely beautiful place & breath taking views!!! Staff & manager owner just marvelous - beautiful deco, excellent breakfast!!! Only downfall - we shouldn't have choose the split level room and a bit far from any other eateries. Sidewalks aren't user friendly. Should've stayed longer!!!!

What a lovely setting, congenial and attentive staff, and perfect views! We enjoyed each day at Athermi Suites! The accommodations were perfect, the breakfasts prepared well, and the dinners wonderfully flavorful. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and congenial. We highly recommend Athermi!

Our 2nd visit to the Athermi, and it was better than ever. Absolutely fantastic hotel, incredible views and the staff are so helpful we practically felt like part of their family. Room fantastic, clean and tidy and very spacious. Added extra this time was the evening meals, the lamb leftika was immense. A wonderful night's and a big thank you to the staff.

Wow, what a great place to stay. We had the private pool room. The pool water was cold but the views were stunning. The bathroom also had a jacuzzi which was nice! Comfortable beds and a nice shower. We ate at the restaurant twice and it was delicious. It’s a small hotel and the staff was great! Breakfast out on the deck looking at the caldera was amazing. Highly recommend this property. Far enough away from the touristy areas and crowds but east to get there if you want. 5 min walk to the beautiful village of Megalachori, which has some really nice restaurants. The views are phenomenal!

We have found that the Athermi suites is the best place to stay in Santorini because it has absolutely everything you would want for magnificent holiday. We booked the spectacular villa room with indoor swimming pool and views from floor to ceiling of the Aegean Sea and volcanic mountains although every room after speaking to other guest also have amazing vistas as well. The staff are absolutely outstanding, the service , the delicious food , the tour and local information help , all add up to an excellent holiday . We also enjoyed their private dining experience at Sunset which was truly magical ( you will have to book for this one ). So if you are looking for a place to really relax and enjoy a fabulous holiday Athermi Suites is a wonderful choice we will definitely be back .
