Santorini Kastelli Resort

We have just returned from 5 nights at this resort, arriving on the first night the hotel had reopened for the season. We were immediately welcomed and made to feel comfortable as we were shown around the resort. It was very late at night and we were hungry and the staff member recommended a great little local place for late night food which was just a few minutes walk from the resort and Kamari beach. Breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere by the poolside was perfect with a wide variety of well stocked food on offer and the service was impeccable. The staff were knowledgeable and very attentive but also not intrusive. We spoke to a young man, Ilias, who works in the restaurant and he was exceptionally helpful and friendly. You would not have known it was their first week of operating after months off! The hotel was immaculately clean and well kept with numerous pools and areas to relax and the quiet music added to the ambience rather than being annoying! The colour scheme throughout was calming as was the overall feel of the resort. We would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone wanting a relaxing trip but with some sightseeing included!

Absolutely superb in every single way! The hotel, the gardens, the rooms, the pools, the food, the staff... everything is brilliant!  The hotel itself is much larger than we expected with plenty of different pools and areas to suit every individual if you want a more lively pool in full sun the main pool is great but if you prefer a quieter, shaded area then again there are plenty of great spots. There are enough sunbeds and parasols for everyone, meaning there is no need to rush out early morning to reserve a sunbed with your towel food was great, good breakfast choice and tasty. Location was also great, less than a few minutes walk ro the beach and shops (use the cut through by bus stop opposite) Best of all though we're the staff, from the pool boy who checked hourly if we were okay and needed fresh drinks and towels, to the cleaners who kept the room spotless, not to me lion the manager who personally took the time to welcome us and show us round. Brilliant. I wouldn't even hesitate to look elsewhere for a hotel 

One of the most beautiful resorts i have stayed. Clean, very friendly and attentive service, 4 pools to choose from to relax, and most important - so close to the beach, only 2 minutes walking. Will stay here again if i come back to Santorini! Loved every moment

Would have given 5* if not for the leaking wash hand basin in our bathroom. We reported it on the 1st day, but nothing was done about it until we left. However, the hotel is very beautiful and the staff were absolutely amazing, especially Victoria. The breakfast was really nice, and I enjoyed the cava/champagne/white wine with every breakfast. Prices of food were competitive as we compared the prices with the restaurants we ate at, at Kamari promenade. A shame they don't serve musaka. We would gladly return . Shout out to all the amazing staff, from the reception to the restaurant staff and the cleaning lady. The hotel is a happy place ☺️.

My husband and I booked a 7 night stay here for a much needed summer break. After searching for the perfect hotel in Santorini, i stumbled upon this one. What a find! The hotel itself is pristine and well maintained, with a great chilled atmosphere. On arrival we were greeted by the resort staff who took our luggage and offered us a refreshing drink on arrival before a tour around the facilities, stopping at our room, which was a cozy double with a balcony. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with daily cleaning to a high standard and complimentary water bottle. Amenities included a poolside bar, where staff were attentive and took your order from the poolside. There are 4 pools in total, the main pool has a variety of ambient music playing. A small cute library, where you can borrow books. A spa, where there is a sauna , steam room and jacuzzi and a cute chill out area at the back, which we booked (you get the spa privately for 30 euros per room for 1 hour! it's definitely worth it. We added treatments, which were reasonably priced and left so relaxed. Our stay was half board and the food was amazing!! the best I've had as part of a package. My husband was impressed and he's a chef :) 4 courses each per night, and the menu changed daily. Lots of variety with the food and the buffet breakfast was fresh, high quality and delicious. You will be spoiled for choice. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the beach, bars and local shops, which we made use of. The staff were so friendly and attentive and really made the stay special for us. Special thanks and mentions to Anastasia, Kasian & Fortis, who made our stay memorable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would visit again without hesitation.

First class attentive service, really friendly staff & a great choice at the breakfast buffet. Nice chilled out vibe only a very short walk from the beach & bars/restaurants. 4 pools to choose from, the main one having g a good amount of sunbeds to allow you to sit & unwind. Rooms generous size & were very comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay & for €2 you can get the bus to Fira & connect with the entire island. Great cocktails too....especially The Bartenders Secret! Would definitely recommend.
