Can’t get more authentic than this…cave house with all of the modern amenities. Private plunge pool. Views are amazing! Only issue was that there is a viewpoint a couple of stories above that people take pictures from and they can *somewhat* see you depending on where you are outside the property…but this is the nature of Santorini and its terraces… Close to everything. Great hospitality. Breakfast delivered each morning.

Oh Wow, wow wow just book it if you get the chance. The best way to really experience modern Oia from your own traditional BUT modern and well equipped Greek cave house. STUNNING views across the bay, (this is just behind the famous 3 domes) so relax by the pool with a cold drink and take in the views. It’s literally 30 seconds down some steps from the bustling alleys of Oia, then you’re in your own little (wooden) gated community:) the whole experience really is something unique you will remember for life, and we’ve been visiting Greece for 30 + years. One of the best located balcony’s in Oia too, just book it - you won’t be disappointed!!! The hosts are great too, replied by return to any messages for arrival etc, helped us get quickly settled in, they know how to professionally host. 10/10 unique experience As Ferris Bueller says “ if you have the means, I’d highly recommend it…..

What a beautiful villa with stunning views! We really appreciated our stay, couldn't have chosen a better place. Artemis was very welcoming and helpful whenever we had a question. Breakfast delivery was perfect for us! Highly recommended- we would stay there again!

We have just thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights at Aqua Terra cave accommodation. The property is roomy, well appointed and centrally located in Oia. The view is breathtaking with views from Thira right around to the Blue domes and castle. Every major attraction and photographic site is in walkable distance and many can be viewed from the sitting area. Although you are in the midst of the busy areas (during the day), that creates a great atmosphere that you can easily escape from and morning and night it is quiet. The breakfasts are varied and plentiful Artemia is a generous host and prompt with her communication. Armando who greeted us, is friendly and helpful. Linda, the cleaner also very friendly. We spent three nights at Aqua and Terra. We were picked up by the transfer and pulled over by the police for what we think was him not wearing a seatbelt. Very hot sitting around at the police station. The owners George and Artemis are going to check with the transfer company. The cave house was lovely and cool. And we were also given a complimentary bottle of Rose which was lovely. You will need to bring your own amenities. We were only provided shampoo and a bar of soap. The shower also had black mould. It was also very disappointing that we were the back cave house. From the photos we thought it was a pool and then the edge. That was the case but that was for the other cave house. We were behind them. Still a great location though and nice and quiet at night considering the crowds. George the owner transferred us in his own car to the next location. Which was lovely given the arrival experience.

This has to be one of the most beautiful and centrally located hotels that I have stayed in and I will recommend that everyone stays here for the following reasons... 1. Artemis and George are incredible hosts! They have hired staff that is just as incredible as they are. 2. The cave houses and villas are in a central location in Oia, next to all the restaurants and pick-up points for any excursions and sightseeing landmarks. 3. The views from any of their rooms are amazing!!! I can't wait to stay here again!

My husband and I had visited Oia in 2013, and looked enviously at the people staying in these white Cave Villas right on the sides of the cliffs. Coming back with our teenage children, we decided we would splurge for one. We were happy we did because it was probably the best part of our trip, The views are to-die-for, and you can enjoy them day or night from the comfort of your veranda. You can even be in your plunge-pool while doing it. Note that it gets very busy above you since it's right where people gather to take pictures and hang around to enjoy the view. You have a key that opens up a small gate that allows you to escape the madness and enjoy the sanctuary of your beautiful villa below. My kids said, "I feel a little guility. It's so VIP." :) Artemia, the owner and manager, was very helpful and on-call for anything you might need. She was kind enough to let us check-in a few hours earlier since we had arrived in Oia by 9 am. She helps you with just about everything - airport transfers, storing your luggage and booking your tours/activities. She booked a lovely sunset Catamaran cruise for our family and helped us take family pictures on our last day. Santorini in Aqua & Terra was just magical!
