I came to Sanya to celebrate my fiancée's birthday and enjoyed my stay at the Edition. The resort is beautiful, very relaxing. The standout part though was the service by the staff. They were beyond my expectations. Abby took excellent care of us and made sure our experience was wonderful. I appreciated that we could message her directly if we had any needs or questions and she always responded promptly. Even on the day of checkout she fulfilled our last minute request to find a photographer to take some photos for us. Her attentive care made the whole experience seamless and worry free. I also have to thank Ira and Winly for giving us an unforgettable experience. I hope to be back soon!

The very much enjoyed our trip to the Sanya Edition. The hotel stay was really special as always and we had phenomenal service from all the staffs. I’d like to give a special mention to Ashley, who took care of us from pre arrival right through checkout. She gave a truly 5 star service. Thank you to the whole of the Edition Team. The edition truly is a piece of heaven on earth.

Not the best facility for couples. Mostly focused on families with small children, and there were little or no English speaking staff which is disappointing in a hotel which is from such a good brand. Mostly catered to locals. Support for beach activities such as chairs etc could be better. Breakfast was great, and amenities are fantastic. Property is world class, but services could be better.

EXCELLENT ROOM, EXCELLENT SERVICES, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! It’s one of the greatest experience ever! The chefs, the staff and the services were impeccable! We were frequent travellers and we were in awe by the scale of the hotel, the landscape, the design to details, we had one of the best stay ever! Kudos to executive chef Markus and chef Made of Babacoa, they provide us with extra care and hospitality! We were so blessed to know them! U have direct access to the beach and so many restaurants to choose from! We didn’t even leave to anywhere except to the duty free centre which is only 5 mins away. We love it so much!

The facilities are excellent, and food quality/variety is outstanding, services quality is really good too. Specially thanks to Ms. Sia, she is really helpful!

The frontdesk service provider was rude and rushing. Late time for checking in. Charged me around 200hkd more than listed price.

A beautiful and relaxing experience for the family, in a unique location in front of the sea. All the staff extremely friendly and polite. We tasted and enjoyed great food in all of the different restaurants of the hotel, a special thanks and my congratulations to the executive chef Mr. Marcus, kind, friendly and hospitable person. My congratulations to Chef Imane, always kind and caring, made us savour the flavours of Bali. A highly recommended place where we will definitely return.

everything just perfect，especially hotel staff Runki take very care of us since before the checkin ，its was remarkable place to having a holiday。

Amazing experience and amazing customer service. Every staff took care of every tiniest request and the chef Made is worth visiting for Balinese restaurant . It was great conversation with Made and the head of food and Hotel manager Jordi who took great care during the entire stay. Highly recommended.
