Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It’s very suit for family stay and the view is amazing. And walking distance to beach from our hotel.

The 5 bedroom suite with private pool was worth the money it cost. The facility was huge and clean and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely book again if I travel to sanya in a big group. And the view from the room is spectacular

The room was super clean and well equiped. The view is amazing, and the cleaning ladies very efficient and friendly " The front desk guys were super friendly and helpful too". The location is good if you want to enjoy the beach and chill out. there are no options for western food. " Only pizza hut, which is a little far". It worths to visit the Atlantis , specially the water park. " There's a nice hamburger and hot dog shop inside the water park, which is probably the best option besides Gordon Ramsay 😜. The " no smoking" when at the swimming pool area should be a little more strict as it was a little annoying, and there are little kids all around trying to enjoy the swimming pool. All in all, the place worths a try.

There are three buildings here. It used to be a normal building for sale. The owners and guests lived together. It was difficult to wait for the elevator. Most people were very impolite. The elevator would not go up because of the large number of people after waiting for it once. I'd better choose a hotel honestly next time.
