With a reluctant heart, I left Sanya again and left the Nanshan Temple Leisure Club, the family's favorite. Before leaving, my children kept saying that they didn't want to go back and would continue to live here... The second time I stayed here, it felt like I was going home. I felt familiar wherever I went. I stayed at the Leisure Club not only because I could worship the Bodhisattva at any time in the Nanshan Temple Scenic Area, but also because I liked the quietness amidst the bustle. The environment and butler-style service make people feel particularly safe. No matter from the reception at the front desk to the cleaning of the room, or even the guy who drives an electric car who never gets tired of going back and forth, everyone is very attentive and provides excellent service: when I checked in on the first day, because I was bringing an elderly person and My child, I wanted to try to ask the front desk if I could check in early. I don’t know which unknown service staff at the front desk took care of it right away with just one phone call. I also heard that the child was afraid of bugs, so he specially arranged it on the second floor (please feel free to check in, the hotel’s The cleaning was very good and there was absolutely no bug in the room. Because we had a flight at midnight the night before, we stayed at a small hotel near the airport for one night. There were bugs in the room, which scared the children so much that they didn't dare to sleep all night. , I had to make a fuss and go to the leisure club to stay in the middle of the night) so I called the front desk of the leisure club at nine o'clock the next morning. After getting the confirmation, we came over to check in at ten o'clock. Thousands of miles of journey, thanks for meeting you! Finally, I would like to give special praise to the electric car guy. Because he was in a hurry, he almost took the room card away. Thanks to the handsome guy who drove the electric car, he asked him to help bring the room card back. Thank you to the guy who not only used his skillful driving skills to drive the room card smoothly, We were sent to the entrance of the scenic spot, and they enthusiastically helped us contact the driver. The hotel is divided into tree houses and forest houses in the Nanshan Temple Scenic Area. We live in a forest room (the balcony of the tree house faces the sea, and we must experience the tree house next time! ! ! ). 1. Go to the infinity pool from the tree house (the pool is relatively small) and there is a sea of clouds. You can drink tea and watch the sea there. You can directly face the Guanyin in the South China Sea. The sea view is super beautiful and shocking (I also watched the sunrise there, the sunrise time in winter is about 7:15). 2. Living in the scenic area, you can go to Nanshan Temple to experience morning class (very special experience) at 5 am. Thank you very much to the little brother at the front desk. I asked the route the night before. The little brother said that it was dark in the morning and it was not easy to go. I specially set the alarm clock and asked me to go to the lobby to call him and drive a battery car to send me to Jintang. 3. The travel photography sent by the hotel is also very good, the photos for me are so beautiful haha, each one is beautiful. In short, five-star praise. The family likes it very much.

The hotel is very old, the room we stayed in definitely needs renovation, and probably so do other rooms. The view is nice, though. The biggest disappointment was “private beach”. As the hotel staff pointed out, all the beaches in Sanya are now public, so no private beach whatsoever. The only thing the hotel could offer is a private gate to the beach, which was only open for one day during our stay, then it got closed because of some construction works at the beach. So, to get to the beach, we needed to take a detour through the main street which was awfully inconvenient. Just imagine going all the way back covered in sand and everything😡 The hotel has two swimming pools, one of them was closed. The other one was fine, no problem here. All in all, the hotel was quite a disappointment, not going back there again.

I have been living in Harman Hotel for 22 days . The service is very good , convenient location . I just fell in love with the bakery there, bread is really fresh and delicious. I would like to say special thank you for Guest Service officer Mr Chen who can speak Russian for his attentive service , Office Manager gentleman who wear white uniform at the reception , unfortunately , I forgot his name for helping me to change my room , I appreciate. Further more thank you to Guest Service Manager who helped me to handle my dress issue in the shop, so kind of you. Ms 西西 who works at night and helped me to upgrade my room upon my arrival. Sisi at guest service for delicious night fruits and young lady trainee on the reception.

Firstly the concierge at the front desk was easy to contact before arriving at the hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so I asked them to plan ahead whatever they could and they prepared some cake and a romantic bed setup. The front desk clerk was available at most times during the day if we had any questions or requests. The selected villa room was spacious and very comfortable. Room service did a good job daily and they were very understanding. The hotels facilities are pretty great. All maintained well. The location of the hotel is superb for yalong bay, it’s walking distance from the beach. The breakfasts weren’t bad either, and the breakfast time was up until 12:00 which is amazing. This was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sanya for leisure.

It’s a lovely place. All the other comments I agree with. They should repair walkway around pool ( very minor issue but not a good first impression as I first accessed the hotel from the beach). It’s a beautiful hotel. Room comfy/ luxurious as well as outdoor sofa on balcony VERY comfy for relaxing. A complaint: cutting the lawn almost all day on the Sunday from breakfast time all the way into the afternoon. Can you maybe reserve this not for the weekend/ Sunday? Ironically weekend guests spend more to get to Sanya and stay here than a weekday guest. There was also a wedding on the Saturday afternoon and evening ( so noisy on both days). But despite this, incredibly charming place. If the rate was more affordable I would have stayed Friday and Saturday night but only stayed one night due to price for a solo traveller ( hotel is empty)… Thank you for my stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were a lot of options for room service. The pool was great! Unfortunately there were some negatives. My room was close to an AC outlet so it could be noisy when you sit on the balcony. The noise insulation was not great: there were children running around on my corridor so it was difficult to sleep. I could hear every door slam on my floor. It is worth noting that the hotel does not have a beach so the views aree awesome but I couldn't sit on and swim at the beach. Definitely a good hotel for families. Maybe not so much if you want to do things within walking distance from the hotel.

From the moment we arrived at 01.30am, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Thomas, the night concierge, went beyond the call of duty in ensuring our needs were catered for, so 5 stars for him! The hotel is the last hotel in the row, so a little quieter on the beach at peak season, which we were grateful for, and we were so happy to be right on the beautiful, clean beach. The hotel also has large, attractively designed swimming pools, which were well maintained. We were a bit disappointed by the quality of food at the barbecue buffet, which was not good - however, it was just a short taxi ride to some really good Chinese restaurants. There is also a beach road next to the hotel selling delicious street food. All in all, highly recommended- we will definitely return!!

This hotel is right across from Sanya Bay beach, so this is really convenient for beach days. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and clean too. The buffet breakfast offers a mix of Chinese and western foods. At the top of the hotel there’s a small patio/balcony section where you can see Sanya bay. Good for photos! I would stay here again as I really enjoyed my stay. I think this hotel offers a good balance between affordability and quality.
