Enjoyed my stay here! I got a free plate of fruits and the help desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. I wanted to know where I could do laundry and use the ATM. They also gave me their WeChat contact info so I could contact them with any concerns. I wish I had more time to check out the aquarium, but I hear it is pretty cool too (friends have an annual pass there). I love the marine theme and walking around the hotel was fun! I don’t have any pictures of the room but I have no complaints! It was a nice size and I had a big comfy bed. Everything was clean.

The hotel service is very satisfactory. There is a special car for pick-up and drop-off. It is not tiring to bring a baby with you. There is a vegetarian restaurant next to the hotel. I told the front desk that I can get a 30 yuan discount per person if I stay in the tree house. The hotel food is also delicious. If you want to enjoy VIP treatment, you must try the tree house hotel. You don’t have to queue up with tourists who come in the morning to take pictures. You can take pictures casually when you stroll after dinner. It is very photogenic. At night, you can also go to the Guanyin Temple on the Sea to watch the lights. I am satisfied and give good reviews. The butler provides 24-hour service, the environment is quiet, and there are kittens in the hotel, which are very cute. The children said they will come again next time.

First of all, we have a mistake to go to the other hotel in the Nanshan cultural zone, but staff was nice. They call the staff to take us at this hotel.(So we don’t use VIP Channel and have already paid the ticket. anyway, we got it because this is our false.🥹🥹) Staff was nice although they don’t speak english, but they always have a service mind and welcome to help us. Breakfast was good and so various. They have congee, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, fried egg, some fried and bread zone. (I love the fruits too.) The room was big and really clean. I love how we can saw the best view from our room.

The doorman at the hotel helped us with the strollers and luggage whenever we left the hotel.   Although there are many restaurants nearby, it would be helpful to provide clear directions, especially for those who do not understand Chinese. Despite the hotel's location being a bit far from everything, there is a beach within walking distance, and Didi rides are affordable. The resort vibe of the hotel makes up for any travel costs.   Additionally, there is a bus shuttle available to some tourist attractions, but arrangements should be made 24 hours in advance. The bed was very soft and comfortable, with clean bedding. My family and I enjoyed our stay, and the private pool was the highlight of our time at the hotel.   Overall, we would definitely recommend it.

The service is really good. The TV in the room didn't work (it wasn't broken, I didn't adjust it properly). I was very angry at first, but I told the front desk and they immediately changed the room and upgraded it. 在選擇這就民宿之前猶豫好久，因為是剛開業不久，但看到網評極高，就決定選擇試試。 由於上午到民宿，老闆不僅安排我們提前入住，還給我們分享當地特別實用的旅遊攻略，尤其對於這次完全沒有做攻略的我來講，非常實用。 剛進入民宿門口，如踏入繁花似錦的花園，各式各樣、五彩斑斕，特別稀有的鮮花簇擁在周圍，再加上院內的景觀設計，處處都體現獨到深邃之美。 屋內的電器都是小米的，連洗漱用品都非常用心，尤其是廁紙，都用的是漫心抽紙巾。 院內還有座椅，鞦韆，船，私家泳池，泳池還配有游泳圈，特別適合小朋友。 雖然是民宿，但住在這裏，卻享受五星級酒店般的服務。性價比超高！超級贊歎！ 最重要的是這裏步行5分鐘就能到達海邊，海水比三亞灣強很多，且能看到南山海上觀音。 老闆特別愛乾淨，院內有落葉，老闆就親自掃。 這次雖是沒有做攻略，但入住在此花園美宿，卻是意外的收穫，一切都是最好的安排。
