Only for sleep, very bad breakfast

Nice hotel in a safe neighborhood. Directly across from a shopping mall and a beautiful park where locals exercise, walk their dogs, and let their children play.

Located in front of the São Caetano shopping mall and exit to Via Anchieta. Comfortable. Very good bed and showers. Standard breakfast.

The experience was excellent! The hotel is very well located, the room is clean, with all the amenities, the breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety, not to mention the politeness and helpfulness of the staff. I recommend it!!

Very satisfied, except for the lack of water, the staff is very friendly and will stay here again if there is a chance. Opposite is a shopping center with all kinds of goods and a supermarket, which is great.

I suffered a lot with the noise from the guest next door, I contacted the reception but it didn't work, including on the last night I couldn't sleep, having to travel the next day. It needs to improve the cleaning, have more variety in the breakfast.

The hotel has a good location, surrounded by supermarkets such as Carrefour, and convenient shopping. There is a Baby burger shop opposite, which tastes great. I specially booked a room at the top of the hotel, which has a larger space. The middle room is smaller, and the breakfast is richer. There are some tables near the restaurant in the lobby where you can power your computer to surf the Internet and handle business. Even if you check out, you can rest for a few hours here, which is quite convenient.

Very well located hotel, for my purpose, next to the shopping mall, the parking lot has a charging point for electric cars (Ezvolt, paid)

Right next to the mall, the scenery is beautiful, the hotel is very comfortable, and the area is the safest in Sao Paulo. The only bad thing is that the price difference is too big, it is usually more than 400, and it is more than 700 when I went to the store. Even if there are many people on weekends, there is no need to be such a big difference, haha

Breakfast is far below expectations (very weak). The lighting inside the rooms is poor, making it impossible to work inside at night. On the days set for check-out, the electronic key is deactivated at 11:50, which is before the official check-out time of 12:00. It is incredibly rude to have to go to the counter to reactivate a key before the scheduled time. The daily minibar check takes place while the guest is still in the room, meaning they knock on the door so that the guest can open it for the check. I believe it must be annoying to have to get up to open the door when you are resting (the service should only be performed in rooms where there are no guests).

Great place to spend the night

The hotel is great. The room met my needs well, very tidy and clean. The receptionists were very friendly and polite. And the breakfast was incredible. It was worth the stay!!!

Good hotel overall, just the cleanliness of the bathroom needs a little more attention, other than that it has a good structure, comfortable room and good breakfast
