ホテルレセプションのニックさんの接客対応が素晴らしかった。 また是非サンパウロに足を運んでみたく🌷ロケーションも治安が良い地域であり、知人宅やレストランにお邪魔する上でも、便利でした。28階にある朝食ブッフェの内容も非常に充実、景色も最高だった。

Excelente Hotel com uma localizacao muito boa. Os funcionarios sao muito bem educados e na minha opniao é o melhor hotel de Sao Paulo.

We had a great stay at Tivoli. It’s centrally located just a short walking distance to malls and restaurants.

Rip off supposed upgrade to a quiet and superior room at check-in, if not I would be by the lifts. Room key showed different room when usef at the bars or restaurant. Nice Sunday buffet lunch. Great sky bar

Modern, upscale, safe comfortable, great location. The food was excellent, the staff prompt, friendly and efficient.

I enjoyed staying at your hotel. The people and service were excellent. I’ll be back next month and look forward staying at your hotel again.

The staff was very detailed oriented. Very profesional and accomodating in all aspects. Nice restaurant. Nice gym. Nice pool area. Very nice hotel lobby. Nice room amenities. The large room we had (floor 18) was very nice with one important exception. The windows have poor sealing. In the evening one can hear almost everything that passes on the street. A small investment for this will make a major improvement for the quality of sleep for the guests.

Was a relaxing stay with my love. The brunch was amazing at the pool. The service was super with a very friendly aproach. We stayed for 3 nights at level 20 at the view was great over Sao Paulo city center. The breakfast was in a very nice area with a great view from the top floor (23:th level). We are very happy with the visit.
