The room is OK and very large. There are many tourist attractions nearby. It is just a short walk from the Chinese neighborhood. The room was big clean. Beds were a bit old but you can get a decent sleep. The stuff friendly. I like this hotel comparing to price and quality and location. My only issue was wifi signal did not reach the whole room. The breakfast was not varied, not enough options for strangers.

I went with my wife to see her family because she is Brazilian and we stayed at Delplaza for the first few days and I can say that it was one of the best hotels I stayed at in São Paulo, great service and food. I would definitely go back for another visit and stay at Hotel Delplaza

Experiência muito boa. Quarto amplo e tudo bem organizado e limpo. Poderia ter melhor iluminação direta. Café da manhã bem diversificado e comidas deliciosas. O hotel se situa numa região marginalizada, porém durante o dia é bem movimentado e a todo momento policiais circulam.

Amei a experiência de me hospedar no Hotel Delplaza Marabá. Além de ter um ótimo atendimento ao público, as acomodações são impecáveis. Conheci uma moça que trabalhava na parte do restaurante, o nome dela é Joyce Matos, ela foi super altruísta nos mostrando os pontos turísticos de São Paulo, nos aconselhando e compartilhando as experiências dela na cidade. Eu amei que esse local nos remete a sensação de lar independente do tempo que fiquemos. (Obs: não gostei do horário de entrada ser tarde demais e o horário de saída ser cedo).
