The location is better for business than the more trendy eating and shopping areas but there are still a good range of restaurants nearby. The former Four Seasons, the design shares an aesthetic with what was the Four Seasons Shanghai Pudong. I would happily stay again.

From all the hotels I have ever stayed in Brazil this the Gran Estamplaza is by far the best one. The excellency of the staff, the admirable beauty of the infrastructure, all the services offered,and then breathtaking tall glass ceiling ballroom style restaurant, accompanied by the most delightful live piano presentation (graciously delivered by leonardo Ramos pianist) are some of the things that make the experience unique and memorable. Impossible not to fall in love with this hotel. It’s sophisticated,comfortable, stunningly beautiful, gastronomically inclined fitting to most dietitian restrictions… Can’t wait to return next week. For now on when I go to SP I am only staying there. 😍

I am from the US, this was my first business trip to São Paulo, and I am very glad I chose this hotel. The location is great, the views are great, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast Buffett was AMAZING! So many options like fresh fruit, fresh juice, and many many other options including Brazilian food I will not try to spell. I have executive status with Marriott; the executive lounge happy hour is exceptional with the complimentary cocktails and at typically 4+ options for Brazilian appetizers. My room was so spacious, including a stocked refrigerator in case I run out of water or feel like a beer. The room was exceptionally clean/tidy each day, and the staff, specifically Denise, was so thoughtful in tidying up my room. I kept forgetting my power adapter when I left for the day so I wrote a reminder note on the desk “bring power adapter”, so I could remember it when I walked out of the door. When I came back I found a new adapter for me to use so I wouldn’t forget to bring my other one to the office each day. Totally unnecessary, but such a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated!!! Denise truly was the difference between a good stay and a great stay!

Although very well located , close to Morumbi Shopping Mall, the parking lot is a mess, either arriving or when exiting or leaving. There's no place to park, and there are not enough valet parking personnel to attend. Waiting more than 1 hour to park the car, and more than 30 min to receive the car when leaving, and at a very high price. The Hotel is fine, apartment was very COLD, no heating on air conditioner, and when asked at front desk, they provided a ripped blanked ( packed and Clean) but we have to ask for 2 instead. Bathroom in fair and old condition, towels and soap were not bad, but looked like a very cheap motel style stuff. The shower is good and hot, however my wife had issues to shower without wetting her hair, as the shower was on the ceiling. Mattress was old and deformed demanding a new one. My spine did not liked it. Breakfast is good, Juices we're fair, fruits were fresh, but the bread could be fresher, some of them were very hard to eat. Coffe were good at coffee machines. Sound at Cafeteria could be better selected for a morning breakfast, with a lounge light selection and not a heavy rock instead.

The hotel gets good rooms, they’re larges and very clean, I could say impeccable. Great view and a very nice breakfast. At night there’re many options so close to hotel as well pizza, hamburger and portions of food. My only complaint is the check-in was too slow, I also was fatigued though. Excellent service at reception by the employee Drielli. The air conditioning in the room was not freezing and making a lot of noise, I called the reception and talked to the employee Gabriel or Felipe (I don't remember for sure) who called the maintenance and in 2 hours the problem was solved. What bothered me a lot was the dirt on the bathroom floor - slime. This would be easily removed with chlorine. As I was already installed and only went to take a shower when I left for my appointment, I didn't complain about the bathroom. Exceptional breakfast. Many options, breads, juices, jellies, cold cuts and fruits. Great.

The hotel is very well located, offers comfort and quality, but the maximum score was not possible due to a occurrence in the restaurant. I contracted the half-pension option, which would give the opportunity for a meal selected by the restaurant. However, when questioning the garçon (Mr. Jago) about a possible exchange of selected dishes, the same was sarcastic with us, instead of simply being obvious and clear (yes or not). So far everything is good, despite the constraint, but in the right of the garment to be arrogant or not, or to answer in the way he understands well, what happens is that the same garment simply forgot to make the request of one of our dishes. We had to choose between the dishes selected by the hotel, one for entry and another for the main dishes, and we asked for the change of dishes and we were treated in an inappropriate way, and to worse the situation, the main dishes simply never arrived. We just like the entrance, we are worried that we are more concerned about repaying the client than at least doing the minimum order for which we even pay and do not repent.
