The hotel room is quite old, but it's generally acceptable. There is really nothing to eat for breakfast except bread...

Great hotel in the heart of São Paulo. Fantastic front office team the two gentleman who were working during my stay were extremely kind and helpful at all times! Made the stay super easy abs pleasant! I will be back ! Easy access to the best restaurants and the famous Avenida paulista Aline

The location is very good. It takes 15-30 minutes to most sightseeing spots. The room was clean, but it was a bit small. Staff was amicable and polite. Because it’s not as close to Avenida Paulista, it is much quieter than other hotels. There’s a drugstore about 5 minutes from the hotel and Le Pain Quotidien is 7-minute walk (if you’re looking for a place to have brunch).

Very satisfied with the accommodation, the hotel also let me check in after getting off the plane in the morning. The Halloween party held by the hotel is also very interesting. The location of the hotel is convenient, it is very convenient to go to the famous local attraction Ibirapuera Park, and it is also very close to an airport, ten minutes away. This was my second visit to the hotel and my second review. Nothing has really changed since my previous visit, except the pandemic. The hotel was very clean and the in the breakfast service, everybody respected the rules. What I’m missing is a lobby bar and some fresher looking paint in the hallways. When you get out of the elevators it looks like some kind of 2-star hotel with the yellowish painting, but the image changes when you get into your room. I don’t actually interact much with the staff, except when checking in and out. They are friendly and efficient. No problems there. I have already booked this same hotel for my next trip. The hotel is very good for the price if you book early. I always book on Accor site and get a discount and never have had any problems with the booking.

I have been to many countries but never have i experienced such amazing people, the friendliest I've seen ... always willing to help. You are sure to have thee best time ever. Highly recommended for families. Such warm hearted, welcoming people. I was hosted at the hotel from 21 to 24 March, I made a reservation very early ... I had already stayed at the hotel a few years ago and I always thought it would be the hotel to take all my family ... but today I regret having should my family pass what passed in this hostel ... the center of São Paulo passed a general energy blackout on the day of arrival already ... but it's something that extends to many months and the hotel has not prepared for this, for yes, it has generator but it has several problems, and yet the generator can only touch the first floors of the hotel and we stay at the 10th floor, were 2 days without energy, only a few moments with energy in the rest completely in the dark without power at least we load cellular, when we asked for the reception answers they were extremely arrogant and thick and indicated that the fault was not of them ... but did not want to turn the value of the daily so that we looked for other alternatives ... I needed to work for a period, the saguan seemed a war for the search for takes ... light returned completely only on Friday afternoon ... but and is unacceptable that a hotel of this door and knowing that you cannot trust the light company that manages the city of São Paulo does not prepare for this ... disappointing ... the extremely hostile attendants, even the only two-language attendant of the hotel, instead of helping attack the guests ...

I was hosted in the period from 16 to 26/06/2022 in this hotel, and what happened: highly noisy rooms, with noise from lifts and water box, echoing day and night taking us sleep and patience. As I was working, I was very disturbed even by moving to the room, that was in apt. 907. My friend, who was on the 19th floor, had a noise that looked like a turbine of a plane. I was rebelled, I wrote to the hotel manager, asking for the return of the paid value, since the hotel had no accommodation conditions, and so far nothing. Besides the disturbances produced by the hotel, it is noise from the streets, besides the highly risky place where any vagina you are robbed, especially by cyclists who walk behind cell phones, day and night. So before hosting, be careful! I made some videos, and I will go to court against that service provider, who at any time is concerned about the wellness of his guests.
