Historic, clean, safe hotel with excellent breakfast and excellent service. I stayed in the King Room and recommend it without reservations. I should note, however, that the cards need to be updated, as some do not work to access the elevator, so it was difficult to access the room when I left. My stay was quick. In a longer stay, I would not have liked the fact that the TV was not Smart. However, this does not cloud my recommendation to anyone who might be interested in staying here.

The hotel room has a large space, a good location, and has a separate building and parking lot. It can be seen that the construction is invested according to high standards. However, the time of operation is too long, the air conditioner is old, the heating cannot be made, the bathroom has no ventilation equipment, and the temperature is more uncomfortable when the temperature drops sharply.

This is a great hotel for a short stay in São Paulo. However, checking in took way too long (over 15minutes). The reason for this is that the receptionist, Josinilson, subscribed us to their loyalty program without informing us upfront. He kept asking personal questions that were, according to him, necessary for confirmation of the reservation. After a long day, we just wanted to sleep. When we jokingly asked why he needed all that information for, he got sarcastically aggressive saying “because for my work”. The other receptionists were clearly shocked too. The hotel is great, room is more than okay and beds are comfortable. But the check in experience is in need of some improvement.

Very satisfied with the accommodation, the hotel also let me check in after getting off the plane in the morning. The Halloween party held by the hotel is also very interesting. The location of the hotel is convenient, it is very convenient to go to the famous local attraction Ibirapuera Park, and it is also very close to an airport, ten minutes away. Full marks recommended.

The hotel is very quiet on the mountainside. The facilities in the house are relatively complete, the bathroom is not big. Breakfast is OK and the health is very good. The hotel cleaning staff is very cute.

Negative points: The bathroom ceiling has several mold spots, which could be fixed with a simple coat of paint or even a good cleaning. The door frames are dirty, and the accumulation of dirt is very noticeable. The air conditioning is very old, and it is impossible to use it due to the noise. Positive points: The room is very spacious, the bathtub is nice, the towels and sheets are clean, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Mr. Paulo, the valet, is a charming person. We will return and will definitely choose the same hotel because of the hospitality.

The hotel is super central. There are restaurants as well as at every corner, as well as supermarkets. The staff of the hotel were all super nice to us and to the other guests. Unfortunately, it was constructively quite noisy and it could make you sleep bad.
