Additionally to common meals like chicken and beef stew there is always specialities from different countries like Mexico for example. Exceptionally friendly and helpful service personnel with a lot of attention for guests‘ needs. Special appreciation to the chefs and servers for their work. Overall, the hotel is in neat state. I loved staying in the hotel because the staff were so helpful smiling faces I felt like home ,thank you aya life guard in the swimming pool and me Abu alail from house keeping and not forgetting Shayma , I can say the only thing I don’t like was the bath room up dated , every thing else was great specially the good

The most satisfying hotel on this trip to Africa! First-class environment and super cost-effective. Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and politely say hello to the room, especially Mr. Mohamad at the front desk. He is super enthusiastic about Chinese people and I feel goodwill and heartfelt welcome. The hotel is in a good location. It is located in the New District, not far from the pyramids. You can overlook the pyramids from a distance, which is convenient for planning your trip to the pyramids the next day. The facilities are new, the rooms are clean and modern. Very quiet too. It's really important to stay here for one night after a long flight There are several restaurants, all of which have a high-end environment. I highly recommend this restaurant to friends who come to Cairo.

The hotel was very clean. Everyone working there from porter to reception staff and room service manager and cleaners, they whet all very nice and kind and helpful. The hotel and rooms are super clean and cozy the cleaning man Hasan was so eager to serve and make us always comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good between mall of Egypt and mall of Arabia. The only thing made me give it 4 stars was the breakfast was very poor not variety of food and very little amount of food in the buffet. Also the smell of the frying oil in the restaurant where we had our breakfast was so unpleasant. The music in the morning was not a morning music but dancing and so loud.
