The hotel is close to the underground walkway that connects JR Sapporo station and the city centre, which saved me a lot of effort from walking on the snow as I was visiting in winter. The hotel staff is courteous and know English. The facilities are clean and new. There is a complimentary coffee corner in the lounge area. Overall the experience is nice.

Nicely located in between sapporo station & odori area which is walkable to both area. Room size acceptable for 2 pax per room. Public bath is small but still ok but lacks outdoor area for dipping. Has free coffee at level 2 lounge area outside the public bath area Breakfast is consumed at the cafe, only 2 choices of different bread/toast sets available. Overall, will still recommend the hotel for the price & location

The down side is no window in the room

I used it last year and it was good, so I used it again this time. It's not too far from Sapporo Station and the subway station is nearby, so it was convenient.

It is a five-minute walk from Odori Park, and after a long day tour with my parents, I went to the large bath to relax my tired body in the evening and was very satisfied. Since there were three of us, we reserved two single beds and one sofa bed, and I thought the sofa bed would be uncomfortable, but it was surprisingly comfortable and nice. However, I think it would be small for an adult man. And it was really nice that I could choose a pillow on the first floor. I plan to visit again next time I visit Sapporo.

The hotel was newly built, so it was very clean and nice! I liked that the shower room and toilet were separated. The amenities were also good. The location is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, which is a shame, but everything was great!

All aspects are good, especially the lounge on the second floor has many books suitable for adults and children, which is very unique. The breakfast is a Western set meal, which is very sufficient.

It was very clean and I had a comfortable stay! I thought it was great that the toilet and shower room were separate. It was spacious enough for one person to stay. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity to come to Sapporo ^_^

I happened to see it on Trip for 8,600 yen on weekends, so I booked it immediately. Sapporo is quite expensive on weekends, so I was wondering whether to stay at a business hotel or a capsule hotel. At first glance, the location didn't look bad and it looked nice, so I clicked. 1. It was so nice and clean. 2. The large public bath was open until 1:00 a.m. 3. There was a lounge on the second floor that provided free coffee and hot water. 4. The hotel is right in front of the New Otani and Susukira is within walking distance. I took the bus from the bus stop in front of it and it took about two stops. 5. I was glad that there was a Refa hair dryer installed in the large public bath, probably because they recommend Refa. 6. The meeting point for the sightseeing tour happened to be the ANA Crown Hotel, which was only a 3-minute walk away, so it was a relief. It was so comfortable that I slept for about 2 hours, even though I was sightseeing. There were amenities and pajamas, so there was no inconvenience. At night, it was along the road, so I thought I could hear a little bit of traffic, but I went to sleep without being bothered. I live in a town with hot springs and often go to hot springs, so One thing that bothered me was that the trash can in the large public bath was too small, so it was overflowing with cups and trash. If there is a large public bath, I would like the bath mat, trash can, and mop to be replaced every 1-2 hours. In the lounge, there was a strange elderly man lying around making a puffing noise and messing up his yukata, which was unpleasant, but that was his problem and nothing could be done about it, so I left immediately, but the lounge was comfortable. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity, and I would also recommend this hotel to travelers who like large public baths!

The location was within walking distance of the tourist attractions so it was no problem, the room was small as expected, and there was a large public bath so I was able to use the shower in the room without any problems.
