Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo West
"Daily room make up service. But I still found my cotton pad on the floor after one day. Quite big room. If it’s a rainy or snowy day, quite harsh to access to hotel from Sapporo station. Only 2 washing machines, one is in the men’s bath, one is in the women’s bath. Don’t expect u can get your turn for laundry."
Sapporo Grand Hotel
A historic 5-star hotel blending classic hospitality with modern comforts in a prime location near Odori Park, the Sapporo Clock Tower, and the underground network.
Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo
"The room was fantastic clean and conveniently near the JR station. Everything seems perfect"
Aruter Hotel Sapporo
"This is a wonderful room."
Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo
"The room was very spacious, which was great for our last two days of the trip, especially since we had bought a lot of things. We were able to open up all our 28-inch suitcases and organize everything easily. The staff were also very nice, though the hotel facilities are a bit old. There are two convenience stores nearby, a 7-Eleven and a FamilyMart. Under the bridge opposite FamilyMart, there are several restaurants; we tried the soup curry, but the taste was just so-so. It's quite close to the JR station, but there's no underground passage, so in heavy snow, we had to drag our luggage around."

Cross Hotel Sapporo
"Visit Hokkaido with parents last week, I reserved the cross floor double bed room because of the separate toilet and bathroom . However , the room they offer is totally different with the photo . My parents really upset about it because that is the worst toilet they had never been in Japan . We will not reserve this hotel if we know that the toilet is not separate and not offer electronic toilet board. The room is clean , however , that is not our ideal type . Staff is kind however only one room can change. Location is fine, few restaurants nearby . My parents had bad experience with the hotel And they really don’t like the traditional toilet We don’t mind to pay more to enjoy better facilities Hope trip.com can upload more photo to provide more accruate hotel information"

Everything is clean and it’s very close to Nakajima Park, less than 5 minutes walking."

"The location is perfect. Near tanukikoji shopping street, odori park and there are so many restaurant."
Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo
"A very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again."
Sapporo Washington Hotel Plaza
"The room is bigger than expected. Able to put 2 medium size luggages. It has every essential things provided, sufficient light, bright room and separate bath and toilet room. Clean and nice! I had twin room right to the end of corridor. Hotel provided Toothbrushes and toothpaste, even has cleaning oil, toner, face cleanser, cream in small individual packets. The items were placed at hotel lobby. Japanese paid buffet breakfast provided at 2nd floor. Checkin and checkout is fast and simple. Hotel is located near the train station. A lot of shopping and eatery places nearby."
