"You can book your train ticket from the airport to JR Sapporo Station via Trip.com. At the gate, find the blue automatic ticket machine and use the QR code provided to get your paper ticket. Once you arrive at Sapporo Station, transfer to the Namboku subway line, two stops towards Makomanai, and get off at Susukino Exit 4. Enter the mall and go up to the 7th floor to check in. The hotel's location is excellent, and it's very clean and new. I stayed here twice during my trip. Do not take the airport bus; the intervals are long, and you'll freeze while waiting in line in the cold wind."

"The hotel is new, modern, and very clean, offering a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent, featuring a wide variety of dishes including fresh sashimi and delicious crab — a real highlight for seafood lovers. The onsen is also wonderful — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Susukino, where there are many restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay with great facilities, excellent food, and easy access to everything you need."

"Conveniently located: It's just a short walk from Sapporo Station's South Exit, past Daimaru department store, and then two traffic lights to the right. Environment: There's a FamilyMart nearby, and directly across from it is a food street. I had a very satisfying soup curry for dinner! Service: A kind and friendly auntie greeted me warmly at the entrance, and check-in was smooth. They proactively arranged the room layout! Cleanliness: The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and cleaning is impeccable!"

"The smoking single room was too small; there wasn't even space for luggage. I had to go downstairs to the smoking room. Next time, I'll definitely book a twin room! All the day trips met at the hotel, which made getting around super convenient, and there were so many restaurants nearby!"

"I made a mistake in my booking; this hotel is close to Central Park, but it's a few subway stops away from the JR station. Hokkaido really doesn't have many elevators, but luckily, it's close to the subway exit! Plus, there's a JR shuttle service available! There's a timetable at the entrance, and you just need to book in advance – it was a real lifesaver! It's also close to the soup curry restaurant shown in the picture, within walking distance, which was a pleasant stroll."

"Our stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo was nothing short of amazing! We are a group of 5 & were traveling around Hokkaido, starting & ending off in Sapporo. We emailed the hotel to request if they could store some luggage for us till we return, as well as help us with restaurant reservations, and the staff were super prompt & extremely nice to accede to our requests. We even got upgraded to bigger rooms when we returned! We always felt so welcomed by the staff who were very attentive & so willing to help us. Needless to say rooms were very comfortable & onsen was great too (equipped with Dyson hairdryers). Location is also good, accessible via an underground passage all the way from the Sapporo station to Marumi Coffee Stand (so convenient cos it was raining when we arrived). Thank you so much for the great experience, I will gladly return to Cross Hotel!"

"Great hotel! It's really close to Li Xiaolu and super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. The price is incredibly cheap, and it's very clean. The room isn't small at all either! I definitely recommend it!"

"Excellent Stay - Super Convenient Location and Services! This was our second time staying at ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo, and it was just as great as before. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes travel super easy, and there’s also a car rental counter on the B1 floor — very convenient for road trips. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Sapporo Station and close to restaurants and convenience stores. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again!"

"Pros: 1. Hotel Style: The hotel has a very modern and upscale aesthetic, very pleasing to the eye, especially the lobby on the first floor which is beautiful. 2. Facilities: The room was quite new. I booked a twin room fearing it might be too small, and it was spacious. There's a public bath on the second floor which is a great, unique feature. They provide instructions in Chinese on how to use it upon check-in. 3. Location: It's quite close to Sapporo JR station, about a 5-10 minute walk. 4. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, I didn't see any dirty spots at all. Cons: 1. The room assigned faced the parking garage, which was noisy and I couldn't open the window. It's unpleasant to be given such a room if the hotel isn't fully booked. 2. The room itself was just average; the hairdryer and amenities weren't anything special. 3. The front desk staff for check-in and check-out had a poor attitude, they didn't even look up when speaking. However, when I lost my key at the public bath, one staff member was very enthusiastic and helpful. If you're looking for shopping, this area isn't as lively as other hotels. There's only one 7-Eleven downstairs. But if you prefer a quiet, upscale city center feel, this place is suitable. Overall, it's very good, especially the cleanliness – it's immaculate."

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, and the Namboku Line subway station is just across the street. From there, you can either walk (about 15 minutes) or take one subway stop to reach the heart of Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade. The hotel's location experiences less foot traffic, making it very peaceful at night. The facilities are brand new, and the room is very spacious, with more than enough room to fully open two large suitcases. Each floor has a water dispenser and coin-operated washing machines, which is very convenient."
