This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a luxurious feel that made the stay incredibly comfortable. The sauna area was equally impressive, with excellent facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything from the service to the amenities was top-notch. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again in the future.

I didn't realize how much hotel prices in Sapporo skyrocketed on Saturdays. I ended up switching to this room type, located at the very end of the hall, and it was finally quiet! Quietness trumps everything else. One heads-up: the power outlet on the desk can't accommodate larger plugs like the TULAS yoga, and there are no outlets by the bed. You'll have to go to the common area on the second floor to charge your devices.

Booked a room with window but it was facing dark alley with rubbish smell coming up in the middle of the night. Really don't know what's the point of booking a window room. Shared bathroom so you may want to avoid busy morning everybody is grab a toilet bowl & wash basin.

All you need for a overnight stay. Best location with 711 right at the entrance. Parking is just 1 block away. The rest is just the middle of the tourist district. Card key for each floor. Bath house is large and clean and opens until 2 am . Vending machines and microwaves and eating area available. Amenities are provided. Safe and easy to find. Lockers are under the bed.

It was pretty good for a capsule hotel, but it could definitely be better. There's a lot of light leakage from the curtains, and the walls have essentially zero insulation. Airflow is also an issue.

Exceeded my expectations, I'm very satisfied! Although the room was tiny, more like a capsule, the front desk service was incredibly professional, just like at a large hotel. What I liked most was having access to a bath and sauna. After a long day of exploring, a good soak and steam really helped me unwind. It was just like a bathhouse back home, complete with all the toiletries. Really happy with my stay!
