Guest UserAn amazing host and an outstanding stay! Highly recommended
The host is incredibly easy to communicate with and always replies so promptly, which made our entire trip hassle-free. The place itself was sparkling clean, and all the amenities and essentials were fully provided and in great condition.
What touched us the most was when a small issue came up during our check-out. The host went above and beyond to help us handle it quickly and smoothly. We are deeply grateful for the kind and prompt assistance!
The host is truly a wonderful host who genuinely cares about his guests. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The owner of this hotel is very enthusiastic, especially Every day will cook breakfast ~ mother-in-law, ~ every morning I greeted warmly, once I returned to the hotel the night before, ~ the second morning called me to rest and invited me to eat fruit and bury dessert , especially heartwarming ☺️, It feels like a Japanese home, so I will definitely stay again next time.

Aik Koon WeeChecked in on their official opening day and was treated with some surprises. Overall the hotel was great. Uses self check-in which for foreigners, actually still need some helps. Room is spacious, and amenities are good. multiple AC outlets and USB C charging ports available in the room. Something that is hard to get in most hotels, and its great when you have 2 persons in the room needing to charge all their digital gadgets.
only gripe is toilet partition is wood and when some one poops at night and draws the toilet paper, it makes a booming thunderous noise that can be heard outside the room and wakes up light sleepers 😜
Breakfast is great though a bit pricey. But the settings in dining is comfortable with Japanese books to browse.

YU1. Regarding breakfast, 50% off coffee for staying guests.
2. Regarding cost performance, accommodation in Sapporo is generally expensive, and the price is very reasonable.
3. The location of the hotel is not very good, there is a parking lot.
4. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, toiletries are provided, and the activity area is also quite large.

Incredible value for money stay in the heart of Sapporo. I have never stayed in a capsule hotel before which made me hesitant to book this hotel, however I am so glad that I chose it. The location is unbeatable, in the very heart of Sapporo, in Susukino district. There is an endless amount of izakaya and restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel. The onsen and sauna was the best I have visited in Japan so far. I have heard the sauna is famous across Japan, and I can see why. It is kept impeccably clean and the entire facility is well maintained. The amenities such as unlimited towels, toothbrushes, razors and hair products are a great touch too. The capsule hotel itself was great, like the rest of the property, spotless clean and well kept. Despite being a capsule hotel, I heard no snoring for disturbance during the night. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value. Upon checkout, I requested to book again due to my great experience.

This place is clean and comfortable. Check-in is self-service, so there are no staff members to assist you. Both the elevator and rooms require a password for access, which feels very secure. The individual capsule space was just right, not cramped at all.

It's about a 30-minute drive from the city center, which is really convenient if you're driving. The area is very peaceful and comfortable. The guy at the front desk was super nice; I saw some motorcycles on display, so I asked him about them, and we ended up chatting about bikes – super cool! Language-wise, there's always translation available, so it's actually quite convenient. The room isn't huge but it's very comfortable and warm, and the bathroom was bigger than I expected, with a very clean toilet! The best part is the free parking, which is a huge plus! Overall, I had a really great experience.

I stayed on a Saturday night and was warmly welcomed by a sweet petite lady at check-in. I wish I’d asked her name. The building’s exterior looked like something out of Ghibli movie, and the interior felt like a cozy tavern from an anime. The room, toilet, and bath were all very clean. Highly recommended for budget travelers who value cleanliness and comfort. I wish I’d had time to try a meal at their restaurant. It looked inviting..

This trip, I traveled solo as a woman. The accommodation is only 700 meters from the train station, and important areas like Susukino and the bus stop are not far at all. Plus, there are plenty of shops nearby, including a Lawson convenience store. The area around the hotel isn't isolated, making it perfect for solo travelers. The room is small but very clean and comfortable for one person. I could easily open my suitcase. The bathroom is clean, and there's a heater in the room. There's a very large TV that connects to YouTube, and the hotel's Wi-Fi is super strong. Check-in was easy using a self-check-in machine. Free breakfast is included, which consists of fresh coffee from a machine and some bread. Laundry and drying services are also available if needed, though there might be an additional charge. Overall, it's an excellent hotel for this price – truly fantastic! If any Thais see this post, I highly recommend booking it. It's cheap, economical, and comfortable.

Comfortable stay with good facilities (better if you have a car)
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The facilities were good and the place was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the onsen, which was very relaxing after a long day.
One thing to note is the location 🙂it is not very convenient without a car, so I would recommend driving. If you have a car, then everything is fine and easy to get around.
Service was decent overall, and everything went quite smoothly. There is still some room for improvement, but it was a good experience and worth the price.
Would consider staying again.
