I have a reaaly good time at this hotel.. i came to sappiro for calebrate my aniversary.. the staff prepare some thing very sweet.. thank u l. the room and bed are more than enough for 3 person. I booked twin room. The location amazing... near everywhere.. very clean. Everyday they give us new towel. New PJ, and water. The onsen amazing. The staff also very nice. The most amazing iss. There is a BUS STOP DIRECT FROM THE AIRPORT!!! WAWW... No dragging luggage drama in the snow... 😍😍😍. Thank you Resol Trinity... i will stay here again for sure if i come to sapporo next time...

I can’t recommend this hotel enough – it was one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip! The free shuttle bus service to and from Sapporo Station (both ways) made everything so convenient. No need to worry about taxis or public transport after a long day – just hop on and relax. Super thoughtful and saved us a lot of hassle. The decoration is beautifully traditional Japanese style – think elegant tatami rooms, shoji screens, and that authentic ryokan vibe. It felt very calming and immersive right from check-in. The onsen is absolutely superb! The water quality is excellent, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the views (especially the outdoor bath) are stunning – so relaxing after exploring Sapporo or Jozankei area. One of the best onsen experiences I’ve had. Breakfast buffet was a real treat: fresh Hokkaido ingredients shine through, with amazing seafood (uni, salmon roe, sashimi-grade fish), local veggies, and high-quality dishes. Everything tasted super fresh and delicious – perfect way to start the day. They even offer free hot wine and sparkling wine service in the evenings – such a nice touch! We really enjoyed sipping while unwinding. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things. Great value, authentic atmosphere, top-notch onsen, and thoughtful extras. Highly recommended! 🌸♨️

As with the other reviews here. Their location is everything. The airport limousine bus stops extremely close by this hotel. Just few mins walk to reach. Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street. There are also McD and MOS burgers nearby. Something I don't like is the room they gave me is on the lowest floor, even when I requested a high floor very early on. The walking traffic light chirping sound outside is very loud and I can hear it in the room (thankfully it was off during sleeping time). As for the staff, there is a mix of foreigners (some Nepalese and Thai) and Japanese local, all of which are very helpful. Although they said housekeeping only every 7 days, but they collected the trash and change towels daily; even made up our bed, i think the only thing they didn't do is change your bedsheets everyday. Twin room is quite spacious for 2 person, we can open up our luggage no problem. Express check out available just drop your key inside the lift. Overall I'm very happy and it's a pleasant experience! (except for the loud traffic bird sound)

I have stayed there for 6 days. Every morning, we were greeted by the energetic and friendly staff who are preparing the breakfast when we pass by. For every single day, the same amount of energy which makes us feel home. They served simple yet good food and we really enjoy it. Every night, when we come back after a long, cold day of trip outside, the staff served hot soup which is suitable. The staff at the reception counter will also greet you. I dont really get what they said but i guess they welcome you home. I hope management who see this comment can please help to tell the staffs that they did a good job. I stayed at many japan hotel and the level of welcoming here is really above the average hotels. Take care and hope to go Hokkaido again! Matane!

Exceptional location. Excellent value for money. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of Sapporo, just a three‑minute walk from the North East exit of JR Sapporo Station. Convenience stores are close by, making daily needs easy to manage. Rooms are compact — typical of Japanese standards — yet thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds, reliable high‑speed internet, and a smart TV. I especially appreciated the wooden flooring and efficient air conditioning, which added to the overall comfort. Amenities are practical and well‑organized. Tea and coffee sachets are available at reception, breakfast was delicious, and the staff consistently provided warm, helpful service throughout our 3‑night stay. For added convenience, the hotel offers a laundromat, ice machine, pants press, and microwave in the common area — all of which made our stay even smoother. In short: A superb choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and great value in Sapporo.

I've stayed in many hotels in various cities in Japan, but this is one of my favorites. It has everything I need, and is conveniently located near Odori Park and the bustling Susukino area. My room was excellent – larger than I expected and with a decent city view. It was clean, relatively new, and well-equipped. The hotel was well-managed, and the staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee every morning; they were tasety. If I have the chance to return to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall. Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, and even a dedicated smoking room. My favorite part is the 24-hour free coffee, and the quality is absolutely top-notch! 😌

The place is fairly conveniently and centrally located. Easy to get to many places just by walking. There is a bus stop to the Chitose airport that’s fairly close to the hotel. The breakfast is not bad, although seems to have not changed during my stay. The laundry is slightly costly but amazing, works really well. There are two problems. One is that the bathroom smells bad. I cannot really manage this issue after two days. Another issue is that the elevator to the breakfast restaurant seems to be a bit dirty and there’s no one cleaning it.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino and overall had a comfortable and convenient experience that suited my travel style perfectly. It is about a five to seven minute walk from Susukino Subway Station, giving easy access to other parts of Sapporo, including Odori Park and Sapporo Station. Despite being in a lively neighborhood, the hotel itself feels calm and secure once inside. The room was compact, as expected for a Japanese city hotel, but it was thoughtfully designed to maximize space. I stayed in a standard room, which had a comfortable bed, a small desk, a flat-screen television, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. There was enough space to open a medium-sized suitcase, although travelers with very large luggage might find it slightly tight. The bathroom was clean and functional, with a combined bathtub and shower unit, along with basic toiletries provided. Water pressure was good, and hot water was consistent, which was especially appreciated during the colder Hokkaido weather. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was satisfactory. Housekeeping maintained the room well, and the common areas such as the lobby and hallways were tidy. The staff members were polite and professional, and while not all were fluent in English, communication was smooth and efficient. Check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and quick. One highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which featured a mix of Japanese and Western options. There were rice dishes, miso soup, grilled fish, salads, bread, eggs, and several local Hokkaido ingredients. It was a convenient way to start the day, especially before heading out for sightseeing. The hotel also offers practical amenities such as free Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry machines, vending machines, and luggage storage services. These facilities make it especially suitable for mid-length stays or travelers moving between cities. Overall, Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino delivers solid value for money. While it is not a luxury property, it provides comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location at a reasonable price. I would recommend it to solo travelers, couples, or friends looking for an affordable and well-located hotel in Sapporo.

The hotel was close to both Susukino Station and Hosui-Susukino Station. The lobby was clean, and while the room was a bit small, it wasn't uncomfortable. I saw some mixed reviews about the public bath in Korean, but I didn't use it. What I really loved was that there were so many types of bath salts in the lobby that you could take as many as you wanted, so I got to use a different one in my room's bathtub every day. It was also super convenient to have self-storage available before and after check-in, so I didn't have to ask them to hold my luggage. If the price is as good as it was this time, I'll definitely rebook without hesitation when I visit Sapporo again! ^o^
