Amazing
It is a superbly located hotel located just beside the Odari Park and other attractions. Hotel interior design is very modern and super clean. Staffs are superb friendly and helpful. Room size is good enough versus the price I paid. Mattress softness and clean sheets are great. Near to the shopping streets and with many great restaurants nearby. Beside the hotel, it has an Italian food for the day. Awesome taste and serve by a friendly Italian chap. Lastly, this is also a pick up and drop off hotel from and to New Chitose Airport. Super super convenient.

Traveling with a baby having a washer dryer machine in the room is super convenient and a microwave for heating food. Toilet and bath are separate. Laundry detergent, dish washing liquid and new sponge provided. Refa hairdryer is super strong for quick drying and also modes for protecting scalp from heat and moist mode to keep hair from during out. I saw in another hotel you have to pay extra to have a room with this. Service is great, brought up a baby barrier straight away. Unfortunately no other baby amenities. They did give an extra rubbish bag when we asked about disposing dirty nappy. Location is near to the famous the tanukikoji shopping street and also the underground shopping and the odori park clock tower. We were worried about bad weather so we picked this hotel which has an underground street entrance no34 around the corner. There's an up only escalator but actually have to walk up about 15 steps to get to it which isn't convenient with a stroller or luggages. So we had to use the lift at entrance no37 but you'll need to cross the road at the traffic lights which is still very convenient but need to be aware if it's snowing. Overall very good hotel.

Well this is my fifth time staying in this hotel (7 nights stay for this visit), i love the location and the breakfast, including the helpful front desk staff, however 1 thing i noticed that requires improvement is the housekeeping crew. The bins are placed properly and toilet paper roll is left on the floor inside the bedroom, also that the dust needs to be cleaned right? We have only requested for 3 room make-up services as part of the effort to go green, yet the service provided is far from expectation comparing to all my previous stay in this hotel. Kindly work on that as improvement.

I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and they explained everything clearly at check-in. They even arranged the best room for me, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you so much!

The hotel is very friendly and rooms are clean and with a lot of amenities. I would highly recommend to my family and friends. Especially good for families with children. The hotel rooms are bigger than all the other hotels in Japan. Hope they will open more hotels in different cities.

The hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access. Check in process really simple using the machine with passport scanner and room card issued for each person. Staff greeted us nicely and explained the room cleaning schedule (once every 3 day is must and optional (eco cleaning) for other days.). You can get all amenity from the front desk including pajamas. Hotel was standard chain hotel with normal size Japanese Room fit enough with 2 people with limited space for luggage repack. Luggage can be stored under bed so no worries about luggage space. There is a lack of a small table for the bed side but we just slightly pull out the mini fridge as a small table. Bed was hard but we prefer that way. Free breakfast provided everyday during the stay on lobby from 0630 to 0930. Menu slightly change daily but consistently with rice, bread, yogurt and tea rice. Breakfast drink have hot tea, yogurt drink (Hokkaido milk yogurt drink. Highly recommend) and fruit drink. Coffee machine served from 0600 to 0000 daily. Vending machine for drink available at lobby but we prefer go to nearby seicomart to buy stuff. Microwave also available on lobby. Overall I will rate as 7/10 , better than average and best cost per stay if you use city subway alot
