Amazing
MMark PraekiatThis is my second stay here because I love this hotel so much! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and very convenient. There’s an Airport Bus stop right at the hotel for easy transfers to/from CTS Airport. It's located directly in front of Odori Park, which was amazing during the Snow Festival—I could just stroll out and enjoy the event. I also loved the free rooftop Onsen for guests. Overall, a fantastic experience!

HHihiwongThe hotel was extremely clean and the room was very comfortable — I slept really well! The location is also fantastic and super convenient for getting around. The only downside was that there was no daily housekeeping service. If they offered that, it would easily be a perfect 10/10 stay. Highly recommended overall!

GGuest UserThis place is super easy to find, just a straight walk from the JR Sapporo Station North Exit. If you're coming by subway, it's right across from Exit 16. The room was quiet and clean, and you can grab toiletries directly from the first floor. Towels and disposable slippers were all provided. It's also incredibly convenient for eating and shopping.

GGuest UserDue to JR delays, I didn't arrive in Sapporo until early morning. Fortunately, Mr. Ito at the front desk sent me an email đŸ„č I'm not sure if it was Mr. Ito who checked us in that night, but he was incredibly welcoming. The hotel is very close to Odori Station, and even walking from Sapporo Station is quick, though the snowy conditions can be slippery, so taking the subway is recommended. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Parco, Daimaru, and Mitsukoshi, and about fifteen minutes to Tanukikoji. The room was very comfortable; I practically fell asleep as soon as I hit the bed. There's a mini-fridge, and 7-Eleven and Lawson are right nearby, with a coffee shop about fifty meters away. This place is truly great đŸ„č The only minor drawback is the soundproofing, but it's not a dealbreaker. I met so many kind people in Hokkaido. If I come back to Sapporo, I'll definitely stay here again đŸ©”

CChung Han LeeThis is a fantastic hotel! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and very functional. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes and cookware, making it perfect for cooking and doing laundry, ideal for longer stays. The location is also quite convenient. For transportation, it's a 2-minute walk to the tram station, a 10-minute walk to Susukino Station, and within a 15-minute walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Nearby, there's a 24-hour supermarket and a 24-hour drugstore/daily necessities store. For convenience stores, there are several Lawsons, and one 7-Eleven and one FamilyMart. The lobby functions as a cafe during the day, and after business hours, guests can use the lobby space for dining or other activities.

GGuest Usergood urban hotel in the middle of susukino. I booked twin room accidentally for 1 person . thinking twin room should be able to have 2 people. But apparently you need to specify 2pax when booking. The problem was solved by paying for extra person at check in but I found this a bit confusing / complicated. The person when I called was not very helpful and made the simple problem a bigger one as he didn’t offer solution . In contrast the reception team was nice and welcoming . So be careful to book with correct head count on booking .

PPooM RagThe hotel is located not far from the station, about a 5 to 8-minute walk. The twin room isn't too cramped and is quite comfortable for sleeping. However, they only provide one pillow per person, and it’s a bit on the flat side. Since I visited during winter, the air conditioning functioned as a heater, which made the room feel a bit too warm, but luckily the windows can be opened for some fresh air. Key Policies & Facilities ‱ Housekeeping: The hotel has a policy of not cleaning the room unless you stay for at least 3 days. ‱ Towels: You can hang your used towels outside the door every day to exchange them for fresh ones. ‱ Laundry: There are coin-operated washing machines available, though there are only two machines in total. ‱ Dining: There is an affordable Izakaya restaurant located right under the hotel. Location & Verdict Overall, the location is very convenient. It’s close to all of Sapporo’s main attractions, and you can easily walk to the Susukino area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access. Check in process really simple using the machine with passport scanner and room card issued for each person. Staff greeted us nicely and explained the room cleaning schedule (once every 3 day is must and optional (eco cleaning) for other days.). You can get all amenity from the front desk including pajamas. Hotel was standard chain hotel with normal size Japanese Room fit enough with 2 people with limited space for luggage repack. Luggage can be stored under bed so no worries about luggage space. There is a lack of a small table for the bed side but we just slightly pull out the mini fridge as a small table. Bed was hard but we prefer that way. Free breakfast provided everyday during the stay on lobby from 0630 to 0930. Menu slightly change daily but consistently with rice, bread, yogurt and tea rice. Breakfast drink have hot tea, yogurt drink (Hokkaido milk yogurt drink. Highly recommend) and fruit drink. Coffee machine served from 0600 to 0000 daily. Vending machine for drink available at lobby but we prefer go to nearby seicomart to buy stuff. Microwave also available on lobby. Overall I will rate as 7/10 , better than average and best cost per stay if you use city subway alot

AAnonymous UserThe room this time was the highlight of my trip. **Ambience:** My impression of this hotel is how incredibly quiet it is. Initially, I thought staying next to the elevator would be noisy, but the soundproofing is excellent – it's really peaceful. There were a lot of Korean and Western tourists, and they were all very considerate; there was no loud chatter. Even with our average sleep quality, being by the elevator didn't bother us at all. **Cleanliness:** If I had to pick a tiny flaw, it might be that the duvet cover wasn't zipped up, and I noticed the inner duvet looked a bit yellowed. I didn't inspect it closely, though. **Location:** Extremely convenient. It's only about 50 meters to the subway station. I thought I'd be trekking miles this trip, but it turned out to be just 50 meters, haha! It's quite close to Odori Park and about two stops from Sapporo Station. While it's not right in the absolute city center, overall, it's very convenient. **Facilities:** There's a small fridge, which was great for sorting out breakfast every day and also perfect for storing some drinks. The facilities feel relatively new and I was quite satisfied.

EExpat EDventuresOverall, the stay was comfortable with several thoughtful touches, though there were some design drawbacks. The beds were soft and comfortable, and it was especially convenient that the sofa bed had already been made up for my daughter when we arrived. Toiletries were provided at check-in, which was a nice and practical detail. The concierge staff were consistently polite and helpful, and I appreciated the flavoured water always available in the lobby. The location is also very convenient and made getting around easy. However, the room itself is quite small. The walkway between the door and the beds is extremely narrow, and one side of the bed sits directly against the wall, making it difficult to get out at night without disturbing your partner. My biggest concern was the onsen changing area. When I entered, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Drying my hair there was unpleasant, and when I asked the front desk, I was told it was a designated smoking area. I found this surprising and disappointing, as it’s an enclosed space everyone must pass through to access the baths. Especially since the bath was lovely itself. Overall, the hotel offers comfort, convenience, and friendly service, but the room layout and smoking policy around the onsen detract from the experience.
