"What a pleasant surprise, definitely five stars!! This guesthouse, though small, is fully equipped. The room was super clean, and what was most thoughtful and surprising was that it even had hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, laundry detergent, and an extension cord. The attention to detail was impeccable. Transportation & Surroundings: The guesthouse is only about a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and the station has an elevator, so you don't have to worry about stairs even with large luggage. On the way back to the guesthouse, you'll pass a small AEON supermarket; within a 10-minute walk, there's also a large local community supermarket, making shopping and stocking up incredibly convenient. Check-in Experience: The check-in process was actually very simple; we just didn't read the check-in manual carefully at first, which made it seem complicated. So, everyone, remember to read the manual before checking in! The overall experience was superb, and I highly recommend this guesthouse. I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit!"

"This is a very new hotel with convenient transportation. The stay was very comfortable, the bed was huge, and the room even had a small kitchen. The bathtub was also very big and comfortable. I'm very satisfied! There wasn't any noise, and the staff were friendly."

"The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and all the furniture was very tidy. Bonus points included the washing machine, clothes rack, and balcony. The gas in the room was turned off the next morning, but customer service responded quickly and clearly. The location is close to the subway station. The only downside was the lack of a sink; otherwise, everything was excellent. Highly recommended."

"When checking in, the boss introduced in detail the fun things around and the check-in matters. After that, you can enter and exit by password, and just leave garbage and towels at the door. Stayed for three days. It was very quiet, very clean, and the room was large, very spacious for a family of four. The whole place is very new, the room has everything you need, the boss is very attentive, it feels like your own home, and there is a small kitchen. The occupancy rate was low, I didn't meet anyone for three days, and the privacy was great. Opposite is Lawson. This Lawson is also very good and has everything. There are two very popular ramen shops next to the hotel. Shingen has a queue every day, but they are very salty and not delicious. If we talk about the shortcomings, it is that it takes a while to walk to the subway station (about ten minutes' walk). Everything else is perfect!"

"Terrible service and frustrating check in experience with a misleading listing While the cleanliness and amenities of the property were excellent, the service and check in process were incredibly frustrating. To be fair, we missed the host’s initial message, which caused some early hiccups. However, the actual on the spot setup is completely unfriendly for self check in. The lobby area requires an access code just to enter. If another group of guests had not happened to walk out and let us in, we would have been stuck outside the building entirely. Once inside, the check in tablet machine was faulty and did not work, forcing us to message the host to manually get our entry password. The most disappointing part was the host's attitude regarding baggage storage. We specifically checked that the listing included baggage storage before booking this hotel. Yet, when we asked about it before checking out, the host simply told us no and told us to go use a chargeable baggage locker at the train station instead. When I pointed out that it was explicitly listed on their profile, they just claimed it was a mistake and offered no real solution. To make it worse, we literally saw other guests' luggage stored in the lobby, meaning the host just chose either not to help us or they do not care. The rooms are nice, but the total lack of basic hospitality and misleading information ruined the stay. Would not recommend if you value reliable service because there is no service to begin with."

"Sapporo 41 Pieces Hotel is a hidden gem in downtown Sapporo, exceeding all expectations! The location is impeccable – within walking distance of Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Odori Park, and just a few hundred meters from Susukino Station, making dining, shopping, and getting to the airport or attractions incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, with practical layouts for Loft and Family rooms. The bedding is soft and comfortable. The smart keyless entry is very convenient, and rooms are equipped with kitchen amenities like a microwave and refrigerator, as well as comprehensive toiletries. The service is warm and professional; the staff speaks fluent English, proactively recommends local eateries, and can assist with luggage storage and itinerary coordination. While there's no in-house restaurant or breakfast service, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Some bunk beds might have low headroom, but overall, the value for money is outstanding. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this is an excellent accommodation choice in Sapporo."

"Perfect Location. So close to the Subway and the Curry House downstairs is a bonus. So close to all stores and restaurants. The home itself is absolutely Fantastic. Comfortable beds, nice and quiet. Perfectly set out to make a great stay for the Japanese Home Experience. Thank you Eternal! We will return next trip to Japan"
