Sapporo Hotels with Balcony

We had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable & spacious enough for the three of us. The location was very convenient…close to public transpo (train and bus), grocery and convenience stores, and theSapporo Center. Overall, a practical and convenient place to stay, especially for travelers exploring Sapporo.

On a trip with a friend to enjoy an open-air bath in the snow, which was a life-changing bucket list item, we visited Suizantei Club Jozankei Ryokan, which features an outdoor bath in each room. As soon as we saw it, we knew it was the one! Our first impression was that the accommodations were incredibly private and quiet. The service was excellent and friendly throughout, and we felt pampered. The dinner course was a satisfying meal. The best part was being able to enjoy the open-air bath from our private room while watching the snow fall. After dinner, we also visited the public bath. While it wasn't very spacious, the small number of guests allowed us to use it as if we had rented the entire place. If you're looking for a private and quiet place to enjoy an open-air bath, this is the place to be!!

We visited as a family of four (two adults and two children) for two nights and truly appreciated several aspects of our time here: Spacious & Spotless Room: The accommodations were exceptionally clean and spacious, offering lovely surrounding views. Comfortable Bedding: Both the bed and pillows were remarkably comfortable, making for a restful sleep. Thoughtful Amenities: Having all necessary toiletries fully prepared and ready upon arrival was greatly appreciated. Few areas of concern to your attention so they may be addressed for future guests: Breakfast Queue: The waiting times and long queues for the morning breakfast buffet were quite significant. Onsen Water Supply Interruption: On our second night, the water supply in the onsen area was suddenly suspended while guests were actively showering. This was particularly inconvenient for those left with shampoo and soap to rinse, and unfortunately, it prevented us from enjoying the onsen on our final morning. Ice Cream Machine Malfunction: The ice cream machine served liquid instead of proper soft-serve during our visit. We do, however, appreciate how promptly the team responded and fixed the issue once informed.

The location is quite convenient, with a subway station just a 5-minute walk away. However, check-in was a bit of a hassle. There was a slight issue with the machine downstairs, and I had to stand around for 20 minutes before finally getting the key to go upstairs. The room's electrical appliances were all there, and it was very clean and tidy. But the bathroom was tiny with no place to hang anything. The room rate was reasonable, so I might consider staying again.

When checking in, the boss introduced in detail the fun things around and the check-in matters. After that, you can enter and exit by password, and just leave garbage and towels at the door. Stayed for three days. It was very quiet, very clean, and the room was large, very spacious for a family of four. The whole place is very new, the room has everything you need, the boss is very attentive, it feels like your own home, and there is a small kitchen. The occupancy rate was low, I didn't meet anyone for three days, and the privacy was great. Opposite is Lawson. This Lawson is also very good and has everything. There are two very popular ramen shops next to the hotel. Shingen has a queue every day, but they are very salty and not delicious. If we talk about the shortcomings, it is that it takes a while to walk to the subway station (about ten minutes' walk). Everything else is perfect!

The room is very new, the facilities are still in a good state, and it looks happy. Although I have to change the car to the station, the traffic situation is still convenient. The accommodation is close to the shopping supermarket and Dachuang. It’s just that the baking tray in the oven is black, and I bought baking paper myself. It feels a little hygienic. If the owner can attach tin foil to make people who use baking tray feel better.

One full length mirror in the apartment would be helpful. A table or chair in each bedroom would also be good. Although all amenities were provided, we had to buy our own hand soap. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. Location was very convenient with two big supermarkets within 10 mins’ walk, Lawsons also very close-by. The property has free parking and about 10-15 min drive into the centre of Sapporo.

I stayed here for 3 nights with 5 friends. It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Sapporo Station, so I think it was within walking distance. There were no convenience stores or shops near the hotel, but there were convenience stores, izakayas, and other shops on the walk from the station to the hotel. I booked a twin room with two double beds, but when we got to the room there was also a single bed so 5 people could sleep there. Check-in and check-out were a little confusing, but I was able to ask a hotel staff member right away using Skype at the unmanned front desk, which was great.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Sapporo. They kindly allowed me an early check-in, which made my trip so much more comfortable and stress-free. The interior design is beautiful and modern, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the human-less (self) check-in system — it was smooth, quick, and very convenient. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing jacuzzi bathtub. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, this was one of my best stays in Sapporo. Highly recommended!
