"The rooms are fully equipped, with a B&B-like layout, making them a must-choose for those who enjoy cooking. While check-in and check-out are self-service, following the manual instructions makes it relatively straightforward. For any issues, there's instant messaging or email support, with quick and excellent responses. The location is a bit far from Sapporo, but acceptable. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so it's recommended to have dinner at Sapporo Station or Susukino before returning to the hotel. There's a convenience store and Aeon Mall nearby."

"Sapporo 41 Pieces Hotel is a hidden gem in downtown Sapporo, exceeding all expectations! The location is impeccable – within walking distance of Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Odori Park, and just a few hundred meters from Susukino Station, making dining, shopping, and getting to the airport or attractions incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, with practical layouts for Loft and Family rooms. The bedding is soft and comfortable. The smart keyless entry is very convenient, and rooms are equipped with kitchen amenities like a microwave and refrigerator, as well as comprehensive toiletries. The service is warm and professional; the staff speaks fluent English, proactively recommends local eateries, and can assist with luggage storage and itinerary coordination. While there's no in-house restaurant or breakfast service, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Some bunk beds might have low headroom, but overall, the value for money is outstanding. This room is located in an excellent location 6 minutes from Sapporo Station without transfers and 4 minutes on foot from the nearest Gakuenmae Station The areas around Sapporo Station and Susukino Station are lively with many restaurants and tourist spots but the area around the property is relatively quiet and comfortable and there are convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance making it a convenient area for shopping during your stay Surrounding area Pharmacy 5 minutes on foot 400m Post office 6 minutes on foot 500m Convenience store 2 minutes on foot 190m Supermarket 3 minutes on foot 220m Numerous shopping facilities restaurants izakayas bars etc in the surrounding area

"The exterior design of the house is quite interesting, but also a bit scary. The pillars are deliberately made like this. The check-in process is not complicated, but I can't understand why I have to call the customer service, and I can't get through! We stood there waiting for about 7-8 minutes at night. The wifi password will not be given actively. I contacted Ctrip's customer service and then received an email. The hygiene is worrying. There are still hairs on the bed. It feels like the sheets and bedspreads have not been changed. There is dust on the head of the bed. Originally, I wanted to stay for one more day to watch the fireworks festival. The original hotel I stayed in had no vacancies next, so I found this one. Later, the hotel was vacant again. I wanted to refund but failed. It was really bad. This building itself should be relatively old, and the carpet in the elevator was not clean. In short, I was very dissatisfied."

"We used this hotel for a family trip. It's conveniently located near the station and a shopping street. The spacious room was very comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied, but there was one minor issue: when we lifted the duvet, we found hair on it, which felt unsanitary."

"When checking in, the boss introduced in detail the fun things around and the check-in matters. After that, you can enter and exit by password, and just leave garbage and towels at the door. Stayed for three days. It was very quiet, very clean, and the room was large, very spacious for a family of four. The whole place is very new, the room has everything you need, the boss is very attentive, it feels like your own home, and there is a small kitchen. The occupancy rate was low, I didn't meet anyone for three days, and the privacy was great. Opposite is Lawson. This Lawson is also very good and has everything. There are two very popular ramen shops next to the hotel. Shingen has a queue every day, but they are very salty and not delicious. If we talk about the shortcomings, it is that it takes a while to walk to the subway station (about ten minutes' walk). Everything else is perfect!"

"Checking in was a real struggle. It was a self-check-in system where you'd never know if you didn't receive an email. They didn't send me an email in advance, so I shivered in the lobby for about thirty minutes before finally finding out how to check in. The location was great. The room was in good condition and clean. However, one of the beds had a broken frame, so it creaked the whole time I was sleeping. My daughter worried it might collapse. The draft was too strong near the bed, and the floor wasn't heated at all. While I liked the location and cleanliness, checking in was incredibly difficult. The poor condition of the bed, drafts, and heating made it a bad experience from day one."

Amazing
JJiaoxilaoshiThis is by far the best onsen hotel I've ever stayed in! It's located around Jozankei town, with a shuttle bus service from Sapporo, making it very private and quiet. The room is spacious enough, and the private onsen is excellent – my skin felt so smooth after a soak. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were quite high-tech. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a healing view of the snowy landscape, and if you're lucky, you might even spot a raccoon! The service was top-notch, patient and enthusiastic. I have to rave about the food at this hotel; the Italian dinner was incredible, every dish was superb, using seasonal local ingredients and beautifully presented. After dinner, you can even take some rice balls, desserts, and drinks back to your room. The hotel has a smoking room and vending machines, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. I'd love to come back again in the summer if I get the chance.

GGuest UserThis is a hotel suitable for two families. We booked a room that can accommodate 11 people. It has two bathrooms, so you don't feel crowded when taking a shower or going to the toilet. If you are traveling by car, the parking lot next to it is 600 yen from 20:00 to 8:00, which is really cheap. The room is large and clean, and the bed is comfortable and I slept very well.

SSolo traveller,SGOne of the best hotels in Sapporo, in my opinion! The self check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. Having a FamilyMart inside the hotel and a Lawson right next door was incredibly convenient. Everything you need is just a few steps away, including shopping, dining, and transportation. The location is excellent, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo!

AAliciatadahWe only had 1 night to stay in this beautiful paradise 🥲🤍 It was the best stay of our 10 day trip in Japan and we would definitely be back to stay here again 🤍 Location: in the Jozankei Onsen town that’s about an hour + out of Sapporo. Honestly if you’re in a group, just book a cab out, it was about $80++ for 3 of us! Otherwise remember to book the Onsen bus shuttle early in advance 🥹 Area around Onsen is nothing much besides other Onsen houses, a small cafe and other smol tourist picture spots. Back to the Ryokan: this was my first experience being in one and I’m so glad I chose this place! Mum and sister throughly enjoyed it as well, using our in room Onsen ( there’s 2!) and also the shared common Onsen with an outdoor facing the snow too ❄️☃️♨️ Service:The staff was extremely polite and efficient, seeing the reviews of them being rude was kinda uncalled for. They were nothing but kind and attentive. It is a very quiet and peaceful place , I understand the need for all guests to be maintain the atmosphere too. Food: amazing, one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan so far ♥️ the pictures below speaks for itself 🥹 private dining room to enjoy the view too🏔️ Loved small touches too like the mikimoto soaps , Dyson hair dryers ( in the public Onsen) And the chopstick souvenirs 🥹 I can’t wait to come back here again with my partner 🤍

GGuest UserIt was very convenient as it was right in front of Kita 18-jo Station. There were My Basket, Seicomart, Seims, a bakery, a pasta restaurant, and more nearby. The free space on the second floor was spacious and comfortable, with a mini-kitchen and microwave. The shower rooms were shared, but there were about four of them, they were clean, and there was a hairdryer, which was great. Fresh bath towels were provided daily. There were no regular-sized towels. Also, toothbrushes and slippers are available for a fee, so I recommend bringing your own. The staff were kind and provided excellent service. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

MMeiyueI stayed here for 3 nights with 5 friends. It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Sapporo Station, so I think it was within walking distance. There were no convenience stores or shops near the hotel, but there were convenience stores, izakayas, and other shops on the walk from the station to the hotel. I booked a twin room with two double beds, but when we got to the room there was also a single bed so 5 people could sleep there. Check-in and check-out were a little confusing, but I was able to ask a hotel staff member right away using Skype at the unmanned front desk, which was great.

ZZack liauTerrible service and frustrating check in experience with a misleading listing While the cleanliness and amenities of the property were excellent, the service and check in process were incredibly frustrating. To be fair, we missed the host’s initial message, which caused some early hiccups. However, the actual on the spot setup is completely unfriendly for self check in. The lobby area requires an access code just to enter. If another group of guests had not happened to walk out and let us in, we would have been stuck outside the building entirely. Once inside, the check in tablet machine was faulty and did not work, forcing us to message the host to manually get our entry password. The most disappointing part was the host's attitude regarding baggage storage. We specifically checked that the listing included baggage storage before booking this hotel. Yet, when we asked about it before checking out, the host simply told us no and told us to go use a chargeable baggage locker at the train station instead. When I pointed out that it was explicitly listed on their profile, they just claimed it was a mistake and offered no real solution. To make it worse, we literally saw other guests' luggage stored in the lobby, meaning the host just chose either not to help us or they do not care. The rooms are nice, but the total lack of basic hospitality and misleading information ruined the stay. Would not recommend if you value reliable service because there is no service to begin with.

DDevendra NI had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Sapporo. They kindly allowed me an early check-in, which made my trip so much more comfortable and stress-free. The interior design is beautiful and modern, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the human-less (self) check-in system — it was smooth, quick, and very convenient. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing jacuzzi bathtub. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, this was one of my best stays in Sapporo. Highly recommended!
