"I chose this hotel for my business trip and the room was very reassuring. As soon as I entered, I saw that the floor and desk were wiped very clean, with no dust or clutter. The bedding was also neat and odor-free. The room was well-equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a hairdryer, and kitchenware, all of which I tested and found to be working perfectly. The hot water came out quickly and at a stable temperature. I stayed for three days and felt very comfortable every time I returned, not needing to look for anything extra. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience. 🏠"

"The room was very new and perfectly laid out for families, with plenty of space to move around and ample seating and storage. Even with four large suitcases, the flow of the room wasn't impacted. The bathroom was also comfortably spacious. The location is fantastic, with many restaurants right downstairs. We arrived at 11 PM due to heavy snow, and the front desk staff were still there, waiting to warmly welcome us. We easily found an izakaya nearby for dinner. During the day, there are tons of restaurant options, and it's just a short walk to department stores and Odori Park. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Sapporo."

The shower and toilet are separate, and there's no sink in the bathroom. Nearby, there's a buffet steak restaurant that's really delicious and affordable!"

"We used this hotel for a family trip. It's conveniently located near the station and a shopping street. The spacious room was very comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied, but there was one minor issue: when we lifted the duvet, we found hair on it, which felt unsanitary."

Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stovetop. A 45-inch flat-screen television with Netflix provides entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and an electric kettle.

"When checking in, the boss introduced in detail the fun things around and the check-in matters. After that, you can enter and exit by password, and just leave garbage and towels at the door. Stayed for three days. It was very quiet, very clean, and the room was large, very spacious for a family of four. The whole place is very new, the room has everything you need, the boss is very attentive, it feels like your own home, and there is a small kitchen. The occupancy rate was low, I didn't meet anyone for three days, and the privacy was great. Opposite is Lawson. This Lawson is also very good and has everything. There are two very popular ramen shops next to the hotel. Shingen has a queue every day, but they are very salty and not delicious. If we talk about the shortcomings, it is that it takes a while to walk to the subway station (about ten minutes' walk). Everything else is perfect!"

"Checking in was a real struggle. It was a self-check-in system where you'd never know if you didn't receive an email. They didn't send me an email in advance, so I shivered in the lobby for about thirty minutes before finally finding out how to check in. The location was great. The room was in good condition and clean. However, one of the beds had a broken frame, so it creaked the whole time I was sleeping. My daughter worried it might collapse. The draft was too strong near the bed, and the floor wasn't heated at all. While I liked the location and cleanliness, checking in was incredibly difficult. The poor condition of the bed, drafts, and heating made it a bad experience from day one."

JJiaoxilaoshiThis is by far the best onsen hotel I've ever stayed in! It's located around Jozankei town, with a shuttle bus service from Sapporo, making it very private and quiet. The room is spacious enough, and the private onsen is excellent – my skin felt so smooth after a soak. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were quite high-tech. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a healing view of the snowy landscape, and if you're lucky, you might even spot a raccoon! The service was top-notch, patient and enthusiastic. I have to rave about the food at this hotel; the Italian dinner was incredible, every dish was superb, using seasonal local ingredients and beautifully presented. After dinner, you can even take some rice balls, desserts, and drinks back to your room. The hotel has a smoking room and vending machines, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. I'd love to come back again in the summer if I get the chance.

GGalinlinThe room features two bunk beds and one double bed, along with a kitchen, a large dining table, and a sofa. It's spacious and comfortable, with a wide variety of kitchenware provided, perfect for cooking enthusiasts. There are two toilets and two sinks, so you won't have to fight for the toilet! A game room is also available for rent. However, the bunk beds are a bit of a hassle. The stairs to the upper bunk aren't properly secured, making it difficult to climb, and the vertical stairs are a bit shaky when someone turns over... The bed is positioned directly in front of the kitchen by the entrance, which can be a little distracting.

AAliciatadahWe only had 1 night to stay in this beautiful paradise 🥲🤍 It was the best stay of our 10 day trip in Japan and we would definitely be back to stay here again 🤍 Location: in the Jozankei Onsen town that’s about an hour + out of Sapporo. Honestly if you’re in a group, just book a cab out, it was about $80++ for 3 of us! Otherwise remember to book the Onsen bus shuttle early in advance 🥹 Area around Onsen is nothing much besides other Onsen houses, a small cafe and other smol tourist picture spots. Back to the Ryokan: this was my first experience being in one and I’m so glad I chose this place! Mum and sister throughly enjoyed it as well, using our in room Onsen ( there’s 2!) and also the shared common Onsen with an outdoor facing the snow too ❄️☃️♨️ Service:The staff was extremely polite and efficient, seeing the reviews of them being rude was kinda uncalled for. They were nothing but kind and attentive. It is a very quiet and peaceful place , I understand the need for all guests to be maintain the atmosphere too. Food: amazing, one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan so far ♥️ the pictures below speaks for itself 🥹 private dining room to enjoy the view too🏔️ Loved small touches too like the mikimoto soaps , Dyson hair dryers ( in the public Onsen) And the chopstick souvenirs 🥹 I can’t wait to come back here again with my partner 🤍

SStella_LLLThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It's a slightly awkward distance — a bit too close for a taxi but not ideal when carrying luggage. It is also located in the opposite direction from popular attractions such as APIA and Odori Park. The room was generally clean & tidy, and the facilities were excellent, including the spa and rooftop observation area. I enjoyed the view from the higher floor. Housekeeping was also good. However, there seemed to be dust in the air, which caused frequent sneezing and a runny nose for one of my family members with allergies. One small suggestion would be to provide two complimentary bottles of water daily rather than replacing toothbrushes every day. The laundry facilities were also quite limited, with only three machines available, so waiting times could be long. A special mention goes to the FamilyMart G/F, which was very convenient. The staff there were also exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Despite language barriers, they always made every effort to communicate and assist us with our requests. Overall, a comfortable stay with great facilities and excellent service.

ZZack liauTerrible service and frustrating check in experience with a misleading listing While the cleanliness and amenities of the property were excellent, the service and check in process were incredibly frustrating. To be fair, we missed the host’s initial message, which caused some early hiccups. However, the actual on the spot setup is completely unfriendly for self check in. The lobby area requires an access code just to enter. If another group of guests had not happened to walk out and let us in, we would have been stuck outside the building entirely. Once inside, the check in tablet machine was faulty and did not work, forcing us to message the host to manually get our entry password. The most disappointing part was the host's attitude regarding baggage storage. We specifically checked that the listing included baggage storage before booking this hotel. Yet, when we asked about it before checking out, the host simply told us no and told us to go use a chargeable baggage locker at the train station instead. When I pointed out that it was explicitly listed on their profile, they just claimed it was a mistake and offered no real solution. To make it worse, we literally saw other guests' luggage stored in the lobby, meaning the host just chose either not to help us or they do not care. The rooms are nice, but the total lack of basic hospitality and misleading information ruined the stay. Would not recommend if you value reliable service because there is no service to begin with.

MMeiyueI stayed here for 3 nights with 5 friends. It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Sapporo Station, so I think it was within walking distance. There were no convenience stores or shops near the hotel, but there were convenience stores, izakayas, and other shops on the walk from the station to the hotel. I booked a twin room with two double beds, but when we got to the room there was also a single bed so 5 people could sleep there. Check-in and check-out were a little confusing, but I was able to ask a hotel staff member right away using Skype at the unmanned front desk, which was great.
