It was a wonderful stay although it was a short one. Staff are friendly, the environment is peaceful and quiet. Room is very clean and modern. Will definitely go back again when I go to Pattaya

Good for family and couples , discreet and quiet location and good view of the sea as well but the mashall speaker and wireless charging pad is not working

The location of check-in in the lobby is a little cramped, probably the staff are busy, the service is a little short, the afternoon tea is rich in flavor, but the playability of the resort is not high, the privacy will be poor, the swimming pool and the rooms are very beautiful, but the air conditioning in the bedrooms is too cold 🥶 and a little noisy, in general, it's not. bad,beautiful hotel.

Very good service and the staff of pa is very helpful and very nice . She so friendly n professional to slice my question ! And she are the care customer what I want n need ! So highly to recommend guy to stay in Mason ! Very beautiful villa , and service!

The place is absolutely beautiful. Rooms and villas are gorgeous. Food is delicious. Pool was never cleaned in the villa, during all my stay… When I arrived to the reception for check out, before even present me with the bill to check, the guy just told me such and such thousands! Hold on, how about thank you, how about give me the print-out to check… Laundry was not great. I asked all to be folded, but all came on hangers…! But bottom line, the place is really nice and most staff are doing their best.

Every hotel staff is very enthusiastic and willing to help even if they may not understand English completely. The food are great and there are live band at the bar!! The singer are so sweet, they choose english song for me and the vibe are so good. Even if the hotel is little far away from the main pattaya city (around 15-20mins driving), this will not change my mind of choosing this hotel. These 2 nights are very memorable of my trip to Thailand.♡ Highly recommend to who want to spend their time to take a break from busy life and relax.

Upon reading the negative comments, I initially worried that I might not be able to provide my parents with a flawless trip. As a result, there is no need for excessive concern. This hotel and its staff surpassed all expectations, and my parents truly relished their stay. The exceptional service extended by the staff further enhanced their experience, solidifying their enjoyment. Contrary to the negative comments, I found the staff at MASON PATTYA to be exceptionally polite, helpful, and professional. They displayed a high level of training, responsibility, and were available 24/7 to cater to my needs during my stay. Their dedication and service alleviated my concerns about providing my parents with a perfect trip. I can confidently say that the hotel and its staff are truly great. My family and I really appreciated for the outstanding service provided by three members of the hotel staff: Joe, Far and Bell. Their dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail have truly made my stay at your hotel a memorable experience. Additionally, the cleanliness in the villa was not an issue during my visit. It was well-maintained and provided a comfortable environment . The hotel offered a varied breakfast selection during my stay, and the quality of the food was satisfactory. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I do acknowledge that there was a lack of activities at the hotel during weekends, which could be an area for improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
