Navakiri Boutique Resort Satun
9.5 (22 reviews)

Navakiri Boutique Resort Satun ★★★

📍 363 Chalung, Chalung, Satun

"We stayed here for one night with my friend and my mother, and we booked three rooms. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage and bringing it to our rooms. As for the amenities, everything we needed was provided. The room came with an iron and ironing board, bidet, kettle, and refrigerator, so it was very convenient. Overall, everything was good. The only issue we faced was with the Wi-Fi. We had to request four different Wi-Fi vouchers because the previous ones kept showing as expired. Also, each voucher could only be used on two devices, which was a bit inconvenient for our group."

📍 J379+JMC, 201 Hatthakumsuksa Alley, Mueang Satun District, Phiman, Satun

"Place is recently renovated and squeaky clean. we can feel the bed sheets are new and comfortable for our short journey. Hotel is also near night market for quick stroll. Unfortunately there is not much options or for restaurants, spa availablez"

Sinkiat Thani Hotel
8.3 (55 reviews)

Sinkiat Thani Hotel ★★★

📍 50 Buriwanich Rd, Phiman, Satun

"It's centrally located, close to both a food market and a grocery market. Sights within walking distance include the city museum, a mosque, a Chinese temple, a Buddhist temple, and streets adorned with street art. We were placed on the 7th floor, which offered beautiful views of the city and river. The window overlooked the courtyard, so street noise wasn't a problem. There's no kettle, but they provide two bottles of water and toiletries for the bathroom. It's a plus that they provide a third pillow for the bed; I like two pillows. The bed is comfortable, and the room is spacious and bright. Breakfast wasn't included with the booking, but you can purchase it on site for 120 baht per person (scrambled eggs, sausages, and toast). Ferry tickets to Langkawi are available at reception. We had some minor plumbing issues (water pressure, clogged sink; I recommend the hotel install a strainer in the sink, otherwise everything gets in there because there's no stopper)."

The Cliff Lipe
8.6 (107 reviews)

The Cliff Lipe ★★★★

📍 Unnamed Rd, Ko Tarutao, Koh Lipe

"The hotel is away from the walking street, nestled on a hill, so it's quite peaceful. However, there are a lot of monkeys around; they pop up occasionally and even snatch our fruits. But the sea view from the room is really nice."

The Gleam Resort

The Gleam Resort ★★★

📍 61 Sathityuttitham Rd, Phiman, Satun

"We had a very nice stay at The Gleam Resort. The resort is quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed was good for a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool area was well maintained and relaxing. Overall, it’s a peaceful place to stay in Satun. I would come back again. Highly recommended"

Serendipity Beach Resort Koh Lipe

Serendipity Beach Resort Koh Lipe ★★★★

📍 276, Sunrise Beach, Koh, Koh Lipe

"The rooms are individual wooden bungalows, so they might look a bit old-fashioned, but the environment is lovely, and the sea view is absolutely unbeatable. The service attitude and quality were both excellent."

Mali Resort Sunrise Beach Koh Lipe Hotels in Satun

Mali Resort Sunrise Beach Koh Lipe

"We stayed 5 nights at Akira Lipe Resort and 3 nights at Mali Sunrise Beach Resort. Although Mali Resort was more expensive, overall Akira Resort was much better in almost every aspect. In terms of cleanliness, swimming pool condition, facilities, and staff friendliness, I honestly don’t understand why Mali charges a higher price. Sunrise Beach itself was beautiful, and we appreciated the complimentary kayak rental. Breakfast was also very good. However, there were some serious issues. The bedding was not properly maintained — while the outer cover looked clean, the inner duvet was yellowed and visibly stained underneath. Most concerning was the swimming pool. The pool water was visibly dirty even to the naked eye. After spending a long time swimming, both my husband and my child developed skin rashes and suffered from severe stomach problems. They had been swimming, diving, and accidentally swallowing some pool water. I did not swim at all, and I was completely fine, while both of them experienced the same symptoms. This strongly suggests that the pool hygiene needs urgent improvement. I visited in early February during peak season. Pattaya Beach, where Akira Resort is located, was calm, wave-free, and much more enjoyable for swimming and relaxing. Sunrise Beach, although beautiful, had very strong waves, making it less suitable for playing in the water. That said, kayaking to the small island directly in front of the resort for snorkeling was an amazing experience. This is definitely one of Mali Resort’s biggest advantages. Some of the restaurant staff were warm and kind, but most of the staff, including those at reception, appeared tired and expressionless. Overall, I personally do not think this resort offers good value for the price and would not recommend it. For the same budget, I would strongly suggest staying at Akira instead."

Salisa Resort Hotels in Satun

Salisa Resort

"Service: The hotel offers pier transfers. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, life vests, fins, snorkels, and masks. Ambiance: Located right by the sea, dining offers direct ocean views. To the left is the 5-star diving shop, Diving Couple, and to the right is the hotel's massage parlor. The massage parlor is a two-story wooden cabin; getting a massage with the sea breeze is very comfortable and not hot. The prices are also cheaper than those on Walking Street. Next to that is the Wapi Hotel. Facilities: The rooms aren't very spacious, so a large suitcase might be a bit challenging to place. The facilities are a bit dated. We stayed in a garden view room (GV2), which was a stand-alone bungalow, but there were quite a few ants and mosquitoes. Every night before bed, I had to hunt for mosquitoes, though an electric mosquito swatter and mosquito repellent are provided. During our 9-day stay, we encountered one cockroach and one gecko in the bathroom, which I suspect came from a slightly broken light fixture. I'd suggest the hotel fix it. Cleanliness: Room cleaning is quite casual; they mainly just change towels and replenish bottled water. However, you can request housekeeping to change the bedding, and they will come and do so. Extra Notes: The hotel has two very cute dogs that will actively 'shake hands' and accompany you for walks along the beach in the evening. The hotel is also not far from 7-Eleven, about a 5-minute walk. However, the road in front of the hotel has potholes that collect water when it rains. The bedding is a tiny bit on the firm side. Breakfast is quite average, with little variation daily; it's enough to fill you up, but you can always buy food from 7-Eleven. Putting aside the facilities, insects, and room size, overall, it's still very good value for money."

"Super private and quiet . It's on a beautiful garden setting with nice pool . The room was superb. I was the only one there and it seems a shame when the room was so well designed and the gardens amazing . The google map for the driveway is off by 100 metres I informed google . The roadside sign needs to be a bit bigger tricky to find . ."

"Host was very warm and welcoming us when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay even only for 1 night. They provide water dispenser which is very convenient. Some games card and physical were also provided and my kids love to play them. It makes them occupied than attached to their gadget. The bed is soooo comfy. We really love this villa and will book this villa when we plan to go to Satun again. Thank you 🥰"
