Amazing
GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived via boat to the most beautiful setting, we were breath taken! The private beach is great for snorkeling and safe for kids. Our room (no. 6) was a good size, nice balcony, some sea views and comfortable. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling and super friendly. Of our 8-day stay in Koh Lipe, we spent 3 nights here. By comparison, the hotel we moved to next was marginally cheaper, also with a high (but not as high) rating. Ten Moons was the better deal!!! Pros: - Stunning location - Large glass water jug in the room (which was refilled daily using a 5 gallon water bottle rather than multiple small plastic bottles). Great to see the hotel reducing the use of plastic! - Great breakfast selection - Food available all day - Clean - Staff helpful and friendly - Life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, etc available for use for free - Quiet location/very peaceful and relaxing - Lovely sand (sand texture tends to vary in Koh Lipe however it was great here!) - Walking distance or ferry ride to walking street and more livelier areas Cons: - One of the few hotels not showing a sign or communicating/educating tourists NOT to step on coral. The by-product is that there isn’t a lot of live coral to see although there is still a lot of fish life. By comparison, we saw a hotel further down actively promoting not to stand on coral with staff educating tourists - No pool (although not needed as the sea area is more than ample to swim in) - No kayaks (available for hire at THB200 per hour nearby, less than a minute walk away) - Not for people who struggle with stairs (although there are a couple of villas on the beach without the use of stairs) We would most certainly stay here again!

YYemao yemaoBreakfast is a la carte and the portions are so generous that you can't finish it all. The swimming pool is included with the room and can only be used by guests staying in the room. Children under 12 only need to pay 360 yuan for breakfast without an extra bed. The hotel has only 15 rooms, 6 of which have swimming pools. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the pedestrian street. The beach is quite nice and the best place to watch the sunset in the evening. The minibar is replenished daily for free, with one bottle of Coke, one bottle of Sprite, two bottles of beer, a can of biscuits, and four bottles of mineral water.

PPotato AceRoom: Clean and nice. Breakfast: Good, tasty. Service: Restaurant staff were very good, but the front desk receptionists need to improve their service attitude and smiles. Location: A 1-minute walk to Walking Street, right next door. The border checkpoint is also next door, so the location is very convenient. A welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, especially since it was hot – the cold towel and drink were perfect! 👍 The pool with a pool bar is also great. Overall, everything was very good.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed our stay jt was low season so nice and quiet but still a good atmosphere. Rooms were comfortable, we booked two but could have managed with one room with a 9 and 12 year old. Everything worked , the internet was decent. Gardens and greenery lovely spot. Breakfast was fairly standard for this type of accommodation. Nice fresh fruit eggs, bacon, pancakes , waffles and Asian options, eaten with a nice view of the sea. Location at end of beach but close to walking street. We tended to walk to North point and get a taxi scooter back for 50b. Food on island was good. Coffee from tugboat needs a mention. Island overall is beautiful and has a really nice vibe at present hopefully it doesn't get over developed. North point is a lovely area which still has it's natural beauty.

HHemz1This hotel was a lovely surprise for me and my fiancee, with a beautiful rustic charm that really adds to the experience. The pool is fantastic, and the beach is literally just steps away. It’s also within walking distance to Walking Street, with convenient taxi services available right outside the hotel. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, which was a nice bonus. While this isn’t a typical 4 or 5-star resort, what you do get feels 5-star, the stunning beach, the beachfront bar, the pool, and the very comfortable bed and pillows all stood out. My only minor issue was with the shower, as the hot water was a bit inconsistent. Aside from that, I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t pay too much attention to the negative reviews. Koh Lipe is a small paradise island far from the mainland, and this hotel is a wonderful place to enjoy it.

MMrs.Lin-Service: The hotel sign is visible upon arrival at the dock. After checking your name with the staff, they will help you collect your luggage from the boat. A tuk-tuk will then take you to the hotel. Afterwards, you'll wait in the lobby for check-in and receive a welcome cold towel, drink, and ice cream. A staff member will be nearby to provide detailed information about the hotel app (breakfast is available on the app, and any service requests can be made via the app). A shuttle bus will be provided every evening to take you to the pedestrian street. (See the schedule in Figure 9.) Cleanliness: The pool is cleaned daily. The room is spacious, with separate shower and toilet areas, and the entire washroom area is quite spacious. Amenities: The bedding is very comfortable, and there's a coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker. A variety of glasses are provided (champagne, wine, coffee, and more, including a bottle opener and ice bucket for cocktail shakers). There's also an ironing board and iron in the closet. The hotel provides free paddleboards and kayaks. Environment: Located on Sunrise Beach, there's a small, slightly larger beach to the left, though unfortunately, it's not very visible during the off-season. From the beach villa, you can swim in the ocean. While the sand isn't as fine as Pattaya Beach, the waves are minimal and the water is crystal clear. Photos 6-8 were taken at the beach in front of the hotel. During the off-season, snorkeling is possible at the small island of Kla lsland, just before high tide at 12 PM. The fish are incredibly abundant. The island has two landing points. One is near Koh Adang. The sand here is finer, but the waves can be a bit rough during the rainy season, and there aren't many fish. The other landing point is on the back. Be careful approaching the landing point, as there are many broken conch shells. Wear trekking shoes. There's a tree covered in shells that provides shade, and there are many fish of varying species. (The last photo shows a photo of small fish snorkeling near this landing point.) When the tide starts rising at 12 PM, be sure to secure your boat securely to prevent it from drifting away. Wear trekking shoes, as the reefs can be quite sharp in some areas.

GGuest User## Excellent Location First off, considering the island's overall snorkeling quality, convenience, and the most stunning ocean views, Sunrise Beach truly stands out. Other beaches often accumulate some waste due to ocean currents. This hotel is positioned on the far right of Sunrise Beach, directly facing a small island perfect for paddleboarding and snorkeling, which you can even walk to during low tide. Step right out to the pool and beach, and the walking street is just a short stroll away, making it ideal for families, couples, and leisure travelers. The hotel offers complimentary snorkeling gear and kayaks, which makes snorkeling and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Renting these yourself would typically cost around 200 Thai Baht per hour. You can also borrow snorkels and masks, though for hygiene and safety, it's recommended to bring your own snorkel. ## Spacious and Comfortable Rooms The rooms are generously sized. We stayed in a Balinese-style luxury standalone pool villa, and the pool was literally just 10 steps from our door. My boyfriend and I loved swimming right outside our room during the hot, high-tide afternoons, then relaxing with naps and fruit smoothies. In the afternoons, it was incredibly easy to grab a kayak and head out to sea. ## À La Carte Breakfast Breakfast is à la carte, not a buffet. While the variety isn't extensive, the food is fresh, with options like pancake sets, bacon sets, porridge, and fried rice. However, the restaurant boasts a fantastic view. You can leisurely sip coffee, watching the sunrise and the beautifully clear, 'jelly-like' sea slowly transform from murky to transparent as local fishermen begin their day – a truly blissful experience. ## Environment and Facilities The hotel isn't large, but it's charming and well-maintained. Staff service hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, meaning it's essentially a semi-self-service setup. The lush greenery is lovely, and the pool and restaurant views are definite highlights. Overall, the hotel atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. ## Friendly Service The staff are warm, attentive, and the front desk service is very friendly. Our designated staff member, Pro, was particularly outstanding. From our arrival at the pier to our departure, he handled all our luggage. He also warmly transferred us when we switched hotels mid-stay. He even joked with us that the hotel's tree lizards were Komodo dragons! His warmth and humor were truly heartwarming. ## Suggestions It would be good to improve air conditioning maintenance in some rooms, as it can be quite noisy at night. Also, checking and addressing the issue of mosquito larvae in water troughs outside certain room windows would be appreciated. We stayed for 7 days, averaging 500 RMB per day. We visited during the off-peak season, so the island was indeed very quiet with many shops closed, but we still had a wonderful time. My boyfriend absolutely loved this hotel, finding it relaxing and cozy. He even said he'd rather move back here than stay in a 1000 RMB hotel!

GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent, everyone is so friendly and always smiling. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, and the location right by the sea is perfect. No boat tours available directly from the hotel, but the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great holiday. If you're going to Koh Lipe, definitely stay at this hotel. You won't regret it!

GGuest UserThis hotel is not too far from Pattaya beach, but Google maps will let you down - it says there is no connection. Walk out past the front desk, turn left, and walk to the beach. Fairly convenient, although a bit far from the walking street. There does not seem to be anything near the hotel.  I enjoyed my stay here because the room was neat and newly decorated. The staff seemed nice, although I did not stop for any meals. On the day of my departure, I walked to the ferry boat launch.

GGuest UserThe position of the bungalows are right on sunrise Beach. We had bungalow number three which is on the beach from and perfect every morning. I don’t think I would want to stay in any other bungalows past the first two rows they’re basic but sufficient and we had a great stay here. There are lots of boats, but it really isn’t a problem. Easy to walk to walk straight probably 10 to 15 minutes. The breakfast was basic but sufficient I would stay here again.
