GGuest UserWe spent three days here; it was quiet and comfortable! Located in a fantastic spot on Sunrise Beach, the hotel offers free snorkeling equipment, the staff are friendly and helpful, there's a fine restaurant to the right, and canoe rentals to the left. It's a 15-minute walk to the bustling area! Facing Wuxin Island, the hotel is right on the beach, offering privacy and tranquility, especially beautiful at sunrise! However, the surrounding houses are built along a wooden boardwalk on a steep slope, and since we stayed at the top, climbing up and down was a bit tiring, but the staff were very attentive to our needs! Breakfast was decent, served à la carte.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my three nights here. It was low season, so the resort wasn't too crowded, but the staff maintained professional standards. Everything smelled so nice - the linens and towels, and the room itself had a fresh fragrance. The cabin was very nicely designed with teakwood. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the side door of the bathroom led to an outdoor shower and drying area if you got sandy and wet from outdoor activities. The resort is nearby the walking street, where I went often, and also sports a full service bar and restaurant. On my last day, the staff drove me to the ferry departure site (during low season, the ferry departs on the other side of Pattaya beach).

GGuest UserFantastic resort, beautiful gardens and large swimming pool (nearly always quiet in 1st week December). Just a short walk down hill/steps to beach. A short walk to north end of sunrise beach to where zodiac bar is. Breakfast is very varied and very good quality. One downside is only one coffee machine which isn’t enough to serve guests so always a long queue. We had grand garden villa which were so big. Massive terrace/balcony too but no furniture so just a big wasted space - 2 loungers would be great if the resort could add in the future. Would definitely stay again for a third visit to Lipe

You could leave the AC on when leaving the bungalow; I never turned mine off, and the musty smell wasn't noticeable afterward. The AC blows directly onto the bed, but there's a handy, tall drying rack. I used to hang my clothes on it and place it between the bed and the AC, so the airflow would hit the rack instead.

The room was super clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, giving a true sense of serenity.
Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Dining at the Season Restaurant is a must-try—such a scenic spot, and the pasta was amazing.
The hotel also has a private beach with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It really gave me the chance to fully rest and recharge.
If you’re looking for a place to stay in Lipe, I highly recommend this hotel. Totally worth it, genuinely impressed! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay so memorable.

1) the wifi is really bad and unstable, almost non-existence throughout our stays.
2) the lighting is poor in both the bathroom and living area, especially at washbasin. The whole room only has 2 light switches!! Could add more lights for the comfort of users.
3) the hot water shower is not working well, hardly any hot water.
4) both the washbasin and shower drainage are clogged badly.
Overall San Pita is way over-priced - not up to the standard of Thai hospitality and values expected.
5) the breakfast served is so simple and ordinary, no variety and the same for the 3 days we stayed. So un-Thai!!

SShima OnnAbsolutely love this place. Clean rooms with ample space to run around/play ball right by the beach! Sunrise at your doorstep. Restaurant on the beach! With affordable prices and good taste. Quiet enough for peace and privacy. The sea breeze room is spacious with large comfy bed with seat to nap outside. The standard room is slightly smaller but has the same amenities - fridge, TV, clothes dryer line, hammock etc. 5 mins walk to main street for shops/ restaurants. Friendly staff all around. We also stayed at Anda and San Pita and Salisa goes top of the list.
Staff will wait to transfer from pier to hotel and return for free. It s not a fancy place by any means but has everything for a fun Lipe holiday.

GGuest UserNice solid bungalow with chairs and table on front porch. No view of the beach from our room, but you can sit in the dining room for the free buffet breakfast and view the beach and the pool! Some breakfast buffet items change daily, but always include eggs, toast, pancakes, sausage, cereals, roti, vegetables and salad, fruit, rice porridge, juice, tea and real espresso and steamed milk. We enjoyed our stay!

GGuest UserWe have early check out and the day before asked them to get ready the breakfast at 7.30 ( as breakfast start usually at 7.30) as we need to go to boat at 8.15. But the stuff decide to come and start to work at 7.35. So our breakfast was dani at almost 8.00. But the most understandable for us was their attention only to Thai people, one day we saw they have breakfast at 7.00!!!!!
