"My stay at the Anyang Wanda Realm Hotel this time had both pleasant surprises and minor disappointments. You can tell the hotel's facilities show some signs of wear and tear, and the style is a bit traditional and dated, but this didn't affect the basic comfort of use at all. What was most heartwarming was the reception service at the front desk. The staff were gentle and patient throughout, and the check-in and check-out process was very efficient. When I had questions, they gave detailed guidance, providing thoughtful and attentive service all the way through. This really offset any minor letdown from the older facilities, and overall, my stay was quite comfortable. I would definitely prioritize staying here again if I have travel plans in the future."

"This is a very nice hotel. It just opened recently, so the facilities are new and the rooms are spacious. Aside from a slight smell of renovation in one of the rooms, everything else was great. The staff were very patient and welcoming, and they promptly met our requests. Yang Haoke from the front desk was particularly helpful in arranging and adjusting our room and gave us a lot of travel advice. He was excellent."
