"The service was excellent, from the front desk to the housekeeping. Room service was incredibly fast, and the breakfast was exceptionally rich and delicious. This is, hands down, the best beef noodle soup I've ever had at a hotel. They offer a great variety of services. Issue 1: The room's cleanliness was a concern. There were a lot of white hairs, including on the bedside control panel (as shown in the pictures). I didn't notice at first, but once I lay down, I found them and had to clean them myself with a wet wipe. Issue 2: The washing machine provided is a household model, not a commercial one. Not only did it take a long time to wash clothes, but after 1 hour and 20 minutes of drying, the clothes were still slightly damp and couldn't be worn immediately. This doesn't really align with the Hyatt brand standards."
